They were helpful and the representative answered all questions that I had prior to me arriving at dealership. No pressure and allowed me to test drive the car as long as I needed.

Disliked the fact that they force another $400 on top of the price of the car. For products that no one is asking for. This is just another way to get another $400 out of the customers. These are the worthless products they are forcing down your throat. Paint and Fabric protection (Zurich Shield) is $199 extra. 2) Theft Deterrent (Security Guard) is $199 extra. For a total of $398.

Dealer did contact me, they told me about some "built-in" theft protection and paint protection. Which adds
$400 to the listed price. I asked to opt out of those because I don't want them or need them. They said there's
no opting out. When I then asked them to waive those fees, Radio Silence. Dealer hasn't contacted me since.
I'm not a fan of dealerships that add things in of their own accord and then force us to buy it because it gives
them extra profits. Be real, I can't believe a dealership wouldn't want essentially $30,000 over a $400 fee
they're trying to force place on us just so they can make a smidge more profit. What kind of sense is that?
Such a weird experience. I went there ready and willing to buy a car. I set up an appointment with Blanca nice person says she’s been there for 3 years but every time I asked basic questions about the car her answer was “I’m not sure” or “I don’t know”. I took the car for a test drive and came back she sat me in the waiting room where we discuss about the car, no office I guess. She then handed me 3 CarFax paperwork didn’t explain or seemed interested in making a sell. We didn’t end up purchasing because the car was not priced correctly from all the research I have done and left and ended up buying a 2020 Hyundai Ultimate that day so I guess it worked out for the best.

Nice salesman and good customer service. However both the 2019 Nissan Rogues had electrical issues and when I attempted to negotiate the price, they weren’t open to it. Never have I gone to a dealership where they refused to work with the client. I ended up purchasing the same vehicle, with less miles, else where.
The staff who test drives along was chill. The vehicle is not in a very good condition but the price
is not negotiable.

Car advertised as no accidents, when asked about the picture on drivers side and paint not matching they advised its was just the picture. Traveled to go see the car, and the paint does not match from driver door to rear panel. In order to gain customer loyalty they should be upfront and honest about their inventory.

Dealer was very helpful. After giving up on my first off the lot car shopping experience I was able to contact Rick Saturday about the car, hour later I received a call from him, we talked, he did what was needed and next thing I know he called saying I got approved. Next day I showed up for the test drive and ended up driving off the lot after signing off on my paperwork. Overall I had a good experience and I’d definitely recommend him to anybody.

Had to contact them after sending in an email inquiry and receiving automated emails that promised someone would contact me shortly. Even though we made an appointment for a test drive, the person we were supposed to meet was not there and the car was not ready upon our arrival (empty tank, boxed in behind other cars, had to be washed once we decided to purchase). However, Kaiyu stepped in and took care of us the entire time. We're very happy with our purchase and pleased enough with the overall experience. The process could have been much shorter though if they were ready for us, especially considering we brought along our 21 month old and we live less than 2 miles away.
Hidden Costs. They quote you a lower prices, and then add in worthless add-on to the invoice.
Total Crap worthless add on. Theft Stickers, Fabric protection, and GAP Insurance...all hidden until the signing point. All three of these products are adds on for dealer to make money. They lower the price and add these on when its time to sign. Add $1500 to what ever price your are quoted.

he found a good interest rate for us. The Q5 is in excellent condition and was
exactly the right size for us . We purchased and drove away with it the same

I tried to get information via email before having to do a full phone conversation since I work night shift and I’m not usually up during business hours. I wanted one simple question answered to see if this car would be worth my time. I told them I was a serious and well qualified buyer. I couldn’t get the information which made me not want to deal with this dealership. Found a better car elsewhere.

I called the dealership and the person who answered didn’t identify the name of the company that I was calling. I had to ask if it was the Daly City Mitsubishi. He knew nothing about the car which was okay. I told him what I was looking for and left my number. The person who called me back kept trying to convince me that the car was a great car and that there was nothing wrong with it when I knew that there was some damage to it from the CarFax report, he was. very unprofessional and pushy.

Khaled has been extremely helpful and great to work with in this process.
I had a very good experience, I was not pressured into buying anything.
Moe took the time to answer all of my questions even before I ever visit

Great experience, found the perfect car I was looking for, 2015 Infinity QX60 Hybrid. contacted Saleswoman Savi and she scheduled me for same day to look at the car. Pleasant, straight forward people, fast service and didn't feel any pressure. The car was already priced great, below market value, so there was no room to haggle. Finance guy Khalid was also very helpful and seemed honest. Got me the best deal for financing. Thank you guys
