Very helpful, no hidden fees. Jimmy my salesperson was very polite , was very thoroughly with the paperwork explaining everything and also showing me everything I need to know about the vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Excellent experience
ATTENTION SHOPPERS, this is the worst dealership Ive been to yet ! If i could put 0 stars I would because I recommend no one to this dealership. I went to but a honda accord coupe and the car had a lot of problems hidden without the dealer telling me the problems, When we can to talk about prices he wasn't willing to negotiate on prices, on top of that even the locals and one of his workers have told me to NOT buy from this dealership. This guy likes to prey on the people who don’t know their cars, thankfully i brought people who knew and they was able to tell me what was wrong with the car mind you he never mentioned anything about it, he was just trying to be quick and not let me test drive it because he knew something was wrong but didn’t say. I went to another dealer with a better mileage with lower price and was able to make the deal happen. Very rude comments and was not willing to budge. DON’T GO HERE !!

I called ahead but running late due to distance and traffic i arrived at closing, Before even seeing the car i was being talked into applying for credit. Being the whole point of the trip I wanted to see and test drive the car before we discussed anything. After insisting on seeing it the car was buried amidst other cars parked just far enough apart to crack the door. it was difficult to see the sides and a REAL Struggle to get into. When I went to take it for a test drive I was got excuses and more pressure to apply for financing. With vague answers like "rates are from 3 to 24%" I made it clear I wasn't going to make any inquiries before I drove it. Then I was told their policy was "no test drives without a deal / financing in place" and that "it wasn't necessary to test drive, it drives like any other similar car". Dont know what they may have been trying hide or scam but my brother laughed about how ridiculous a waste of time going there was the rest of the night.

It was a great place, I contacted DSA about a Navigator last week on 2/18 the next morning I had a response from Avi a salesman, my wife and I went down to see it on 2/20, and I actually bought a GMC Acadia Denali 2012
Jimmy was Great over there. He helped with any question I had and was no BS. I don't normally buy cars at dealers but glad I chose here for my first time. Was actually a pleasent experience and this is the ONLY dealer that doesn't charge any extra charges. And to top it off there was a small issue with the passenger door on the car and Jimmy had it fixed by one of the best body shops around AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR. SOLID VEHICLE & TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!!!!

Avi told me to take a test drive and be back in 7-10 mins like I was going to steal the car when he had my car in his parking lot.
contact was made and they did answer my questions. They did send me additional pictures, but did no give me a
car-fax report.
