I messaged them through the CarGurus app asking them when they were going to post pictures of this vehicle it was 27 days and no pictures have been posted yet got back a response from a woman in customer service telling me they were all backed up and posting pictures would happened soon, I responded with yeah it would take like 5 minutes with a cell phone you had it for sale on here for weeks but no pictures got back it is not for sale we do not sell vehicles till they have passed our extensive inspection. We will let you know when it's for sale and when the pictures are available. I've heard nothing back since and the pictures I think there's one.of them I'm not sure they're that vehicle though but it said clearly for a while now in their ad that all inspections were done they just aren't much for posting pictures and I'm just not much for going down there and looking without pictures I'm handicapped and it's hard for me I explained that to her too. That's all I know.

Jim, we thank you for your concern. As previously mentioned via email to you; The vehicle was going through the use car inspection and still had to be detailed. We were unable to post pictures of a vehicle that was not yet ready. We understand your desire of pictures of the vehicle, however at the time it was not something that was possible. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

They gave me an honest answer to the towing capacity of the Santa Cruz. It did take a bit to get the answer but they got it.

I spoke with a Matt Truitt at this dealership who was very knowledgeable. Matt knew I was on a tight schedule and had the car I was looking at washed and running so I could take it for a drive as soon as I arrived. He knew way more than I thought he would know about the GM product I was looking at than I expected, after all he was at a Subaru Dealership. The car ended up not being what I was looking for but I would highly recommend this dealership and Matt to anyone looking for a new ride. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of my many questions. He even offered to help with questions I had if I went to another dealer. I’ve never heard anyone offer that before.

The employees tend to have an attitude and don’t talk to you like other dealerships salesmen would. Also they add an extra $3000 on top of the car value for some extra stuff. Absolutely don’t recommend it.

I showed up unexpectedly, but I was greeted immediately by sales specialist Jimmy Kociuba. Jimmy located the car I was interested in and brought it out for me to see & test drive. Jimmy was friendly and knowledgeable on the features of the car. I am still looking at a few cars, but I had a good experience here and may very well be doing business with them.

Ok, I don't typically submit reviews, but I would like to summarize my experience with D'Arcy Hyundai. This review will does not reflect price of the vehicle or what they are selling. Ultimately, I had reached out to D'Arcy due to being in the market for a vehicle. The initial online communication was outstanding. I had been looking for cars for the past few days and was given the run around with other dealers. When D'Arcy reached out to me, I felt reassured with the possibility of purchasing a vehicle from their dealership. The drive to them was roughly 1 hour and 30 minutes one way. When we arrived the vehicle was prepared for a test drive and was looking forward to the experience. On site, after a thorough inspection of the vehicle, after being made uncomfortable, we we're shooed off the lot by an unknown man who I assume is the sales manager simply stating "this vehicle isn't for you." I want to recommend this dealership, but D'Arcy has a long way to go to earn my business.

Was told car was available find out while e way car was sold. Since I called shortly before closing about car. I should have been notified that night. But otherwise ok.
