The dealer responded promptly to say the car was available. I spoke to them about coming.to look at this car and set up a time that day. I drove almost 100 miles and when I arrived was then informed the car was sold! This information could have been disclosed during several exchanges through the day. I feel I was brought to the facility under false pretences and was discouraged to conduct business with them further. A different salesman greeted us and was a helpfilul young man but I was already aggrevated at the wasted of time to drive there for basically nothing.

My experience with this dealer was excellent. Kaylee responded to my online inquiry within minutes
and was able to answer all of my questions off the top of head without having to ask a manager or
supervisor. Her follow up by text and phone was very efficient. Unfortunately, the pre-owned car that I
was considering was sold before I had a chance to finalize a deal. Even without a sale, Kaylee followed
up to find out exactly what I was looking for so that she could look for it for me. Oh, by the way, I am
from out of state and would not hesitate to use Kaylee or the dealer for a car purchase.

Dealer advertised the car at one price and once they emailed me details and photos, they raised
the price $3000. The car has been on the lot for 150 days and the salesperson said the price
hike was because they made it a CPO that day.

Contacted dealership, drove an hour, son loved vehicle. Sat down to talk numbers and the salesman said they couldn't sell us the car due to no catalytic converter on there. Car had been on website for at least a week! Very frustrating

They got in touch with me shortly after I inquired about the car, and I scheduled a time to look at it the following afternoon. I received a call halfway into my 2 hour drive there to confirm my potential arrival. When I got there, i was told of a problem with one of the vehicle's turbos, which could be a costly repair. I know what that means- they overpaid on the trade and now it's up to whomever buys it to cover the repair cost. I backed out, but still wanted to look at it quickly. They were "having it detailed" for me for hours. The door panels were still filthy. They showed me another car that "has a small slit in the seat cushion" and brought me a car with the seam split the entire width of the cushion. This car, they said, they have had for a couple of months, which, evidently, is either long enough for someone to take their breaks in or not long enough to clean up after the previous owner. We were then asked to wait for a manager who never showed.

It was a joke. Didn't make a deal there. But called back when i returned home. Sales manager called me back after i sent in a text. Made a deal over the phone, thought I had purchased the car, he had to make couple of phone calls that were waiting on him. Told me he would call me right back. So I thought he would call back with getting everything done. He called back and said he SOLD IT!!! This pissed me off. This is bad for a dealerships business to do this. Poor business practice if you ask me.

Absolute horrible experience at this dealership. I went to
go check out a
1997 BMW M3 that they had for sale. It was listed as
Techno Violet and
told there was no paint work on the car, rust, or
scratches. Believe it or not
once i get there the car is the wrong color it had
scratches everywhere, it was rusty. Wow what a

Savage was the salesman i was dealing with.I had to
drive 3 hours to
come look at this car. They are no different than these
shady small
dealers. Wouldn't recommend him at all. While i was on
the test drive the
differential was making a loud noise and the check
engine light came on.
They cleared the light right before i came in to drive it.
Once i get back
from the test drive i am still somewhat interested in
purchasing the vehicle.
The price i was given was $9700 and i then offered
$7000 considering all
the faults in the vehicle that were not disclosed. After
that general manger
Scott came out to talk to me and was extremely rude. I
have been buying
cars for 15 years now and never had been treated that
way. Scott the GM
got offended that i offered $7000. He eventually told me
that he didn't care
if i left. It was extremely rude. I dont how Ray the owner
of D-Patrick hired
a man like Scott. PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALER!!

Great experience! I would certainly do business with D-Patrick Auto. The sales person was very helpful and worked hard to get the details I was looking for on the truck. The only thing that kept me from doing business was the mileage vs. price on their truck compared to another similarly equipped truck with less miles and same pricing.

The dealers are really nice and willing to help any way they can. But at the end of the day they are still car salesman. The pictures of the car were deceiving. Looked nice in pics but was really beat up when I got there. Lots of rust and the odometer didn't even work. How did they get the mileage off of it? I'm not going to say that I would never buy a car off of them. Their cars seemed reasonably priced. Most looked good. This paticular 2000 Ford Mustang (black with mustang plate on front) was very disappointing.

Ashley, thank you for sharing. When a car is nearly 20 years old, it is likely to have some of features you describe. We categorically deny that we removed any mileage from the vehicle, but can assure you that the vehicle was priced based on the age, condition and mileage.
