Great customer service! Received a quick response when I had asked about the Mustang my daughter recently purchased from this dealership! She said it was well worth the drive and that John Bingham was a great salesman!

Took 2 or 3 days to respond. Just responded with what I already read on CarGurus about the truck. I bought from someone else.

My wife and I had made arrangements with a salesman from Cumberland Ford, John Bingham. Mr. Bingham knew Thursday around lunchtime that we would be driving 4.5 hours to test drive a 2017 Ford Edge Titanium on Saturday. At that point, we put a $100 deposit down to have the vehicle held. We drove the 4.5 hours one way and drove the Edge, with a $25,030 cashier's check in my pocket. We loved the car, and the only concern was that the oil was dark and the tires were not safe to go back home. We spoke with John about this, and he said their shop was not open and he would take a look at the records. He looked at the maintenance records and found the last oil change was 2,800 miles ago, and it did not state anything about the rotation of the tires. I asked John if there was any place that I could at least get the tires rotated, and he said no. I went outside and looked at the tires again and determined that there were very near the 3/32 replacement standard set out by the NHTSA. Poor dealer!

From my initial connection with John, I knew that we would have an easy purchase. The crew is incredibly welcoming and pleasant to deal with. Loved working with them and well worth the drive from Knoxville to make the purchase happen!

Finance at dealership said they could not find pre approved loan with cargurus.com. At least 2 companies had done so, they ran my credit check everywhere got me approved for almost twice as high payments then I asked for. Long story short they kept the truck and I bought else where.

Honest, upfront, clear communication with a low key no pressure approach. Had the exact vehicle we were looking for. Worth the Drive.

I sent a message very late one night and the dealer Jon replied immediately! We went the next day to test drive it and came home with it. The salesman was so helpful and not pushy at all! It was a fantastic experience and I would recommend the dealership to anyone!

The truck was completely misrepresented by the salesman. It was not at all in the condition he said it was. I wasted a hour and a half driving there a new within the first minute this was a bust.
