Pleasant experience at Crown Toyota.
Brandon Q. Was a great to meet with along with Alan. But the GM Asad, was something else. Very arrogant and did not want to talk about deals or trying to make the customer happy. He also said he would call me back with some different numbers. Never called back or anyone else there. Too bad for the dealership I had a double digit down payment ready but they weren’t ready to work a deal. Wouldn’t go there if you do avoid the GM.

They were communicative, which I appreciated. I just wish the deal could've been worked out without needing to drive there just to agree on a price. I didn’t end up getting the car, but overall, it’s not a bad dealership.

Had me come in to look at a car when I got there the car was not available to test drive because they were fixing a sensor. They said a lot of people were interested in the car this so they had me fill out some paperwork so I can be the first one available to test drive when they called me into test drive they said it was still not available, but they still wanted me to do more paperwork and also there was a leak in the Oil tank so at that point I was just a little disappointed. I felt like I just kept getting the runaround and I had left the dealership with test driving the car or finish signing more paperwork so I wish they would’ve just told me all of that firsthand.

It was amazing, I appreciated everything they did for me they went above and beyond. I’ve only been to car dealerships where the people try to get over on you and try to put you in a car that you don’t want. Toyota crown listened to me and handled everything with class. I recommend going there when you’re ready.

Very unprofessional interaction with the Internet sales person. April Gaitan at first contacted me saying that they had a vehicle and if I was interested. When I asked if it was still available she then said that no it wasn’t available. I asked if she could add me to the waiting list. She then responded that she wanted to be transparent and said that the sequoia trd pro was in high demand and that they were prioritizing local customers. I was taken back since she was the one that contacted me not the other way around. Then she apologized and said that yes it was available but that they were now prioritizing trade ins. It was very confusing and clearly she did not know what she was doing or saying. So not a great experience. Considering she contact me first to then tell me that 1 it’s not available
2 the waiting list is for local customers
3 it’s available but now are prioritizing trade ins.
What is it? How about you don’t contact a person if you don’t know what u r doing.

Contacted Crown Toyota regarding the online listing. John of Crown Toyota replied immediately. Answered my questions and sent photos of the listing. Unfortunately, it was MLK weekend and my bank was closed. I missed the opportunity to purchase the vehicle. Although I did not purchase the vehicle, my experience with the sales team at Crown Toyota was outstanding.

WASTED MY TIME! I emailed the dealership and corresponded via text with Tom M. over two days to insure the car was available for a test drive. Drove from Orange to Ontario on a Saturday in traffic with my daughter only to be told the truck wasn’t available. Tom drove us to the shop next door and the truck wasn’t there either. Then told truck was at the body shop “15 minutes away.” Wouldn’t let me even see the truck so couldn’t tell you they even had it. Shown a year older model for $2000 more. When I expressed my frustration I was told “sorry.” No offer to show me the truck at a later date/time. Wasted 3 hours of my time and $30 in gas. I had hoped better from a Toyota dealership with the owner’s name attached and suspect John Elway wouldn’t be pleased either. I’ve been very careful to be completely accurate so any attempts to discount this account would be false. Either a disregard for the value of my time or bait/switch. I know where not to shop a used Toyota truck!

Internet sales rep said the vechile was there. Wasn't there when I showed up. It was available to the next day to view. My wife went, it took forever to bring the vechile to view. My wife sat down to talk number and there was no negotiation. Treated her with disrespect. Do not go to this dealership. Very cocky and unhelpful.

Yonny & Matthew went above and beyond for me. Vince was enthusiastic & took into consideration the value of my time and yet allowed for the flow to slow where questions needed to be asked. Bobby in finance was honest & no-nonsense. I truly appreciate the team’s honesty and integrity during their interaction with me. I had an awesome experience at John Elway . John Napolitano and his team were a perfect match for me along with a 2011 Ford Explorer! Not only did they provide me with a nice orange juice drink but had my car delivered before I got home with a full tank of gas. I would absolutely recommend John Elway dealership and will definitely be a repeated customer, if I need an additional vehicle. Why go anywhere else?, if you got it all here. Great work!

They were very responsive, articulate and helpful. They sent extra photos
and a video, were very upfront about total costs and worked with us on a
couple issues. They also found us a great deal on shipping and were very
communicative during the entire process.
We are still working out a couple issues. The floor matts didn't arrive with
the vehicle so Danny was going to send some new ones up, which we are
still waiting on. Also a yellow stain appeared on the driver's seat during
shipment. I'm going to take it to a detail shop to try to get it out without
damaging the leather and send a bill. Hopefully that works. Everything else
was exactly as advertised and the crew was awesome.

The internet salesman was dishonest. Customer service at the service center was rude and abrasive. When we returned a year later, in our Toyota, to look at the Venza in the dealership, we were ignored for about 15 minutes, and then the salesman who went to get the keys, never returned, and after 30 minutes, we left. I will never purchase a car from there again.
