This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were transparent, friendly, the car was exactly as expected. Have had no issues with the car. You only have to write one check! They do the tax title license fees right there. We will definitely buy here again!
Honestly, I had a bad experience. I live in Chicago, and when I found the van, I had to drive 4 hours to see and test it. Then I
had to return because the bank didn’t approve me due to having no credit history, even though I was offering an $8K down
payment. I spoke with the manager, and she said she would personally handle the case. After waiting for two months and
constantly reaching out to check on the progress, they showed no real interest in helping me. I even increased the down
payment to $15K, which is what they told me would be enough for the bank to approve me — and still nothing. I was always
the one who had to follow up; they never took the initiative to do anything about it. Honestly, it was a waste of time and I’m
disappointed. In the end, I found another van that was better, although much more expensive than this one.

The car was just as described when I went to look at it and they were very helpful in answering questions over the phone
Excellent experience with this dealership, no pushy salesman and very laid back experience, 100% would go back in a heartbeat

Also they even recommend good restaurants if your from out of town!

Amazing staff. They answered all my questions and overall super satisfied with the dealership. They made the decision on my car buying experience super easy and no one pressured or tried pushing anything on me. They made sure i was comfortable and super nice through the entire car buying process. Highly recommend.

Crossroad responded to my email very quickly. After they answered a few of my questions, I went to inspect the car in person. My car, and the others on the lot, were of high quality. There was no pressure and we soon agreed on a mutually satisfying price. When I came back with the money the next day it only took about 10 minutes to wrap up the deal. They had even found a replacement part for one that I discovered was missing. This was the most pleasant car buying experience of my life. Very satisfied! Recommended.
Extremely rude! The salesman didn't care that I was interested in purchasing a vehicle at all, he turned down my offer(in a rude manner might I add) and never bothered
to counter or see how he could help me. I considered contacting the manager but just decided to take my money
elsewhere!

Never responded to my email on here. I had to call for a price. Started with an outrageously high price for the car I was looking at but came down a considerable amount and offered what I thought was a fair price. Stereotypical car dealership. When negotiating you get the "let me go to talk to my manager" line quite often. The best way to get them to come down in price get out of your chair and start to walk out. That is where I had the most success getting them to drop their price.
