The guy I spoke to first was nice and then someone else got in the middle and then when I called the guy I spoke to first they would tell me he wasn't there. and then someone called I told them who i spoke to and he says I have been assigned to you. Like i have No option I have to talk with him.

This is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with. The dealership said that they had a car that I was asking about and I traveled 2 hrs. to see it. The sales manager said they sold it 2 days prior. They said to find another one on there lot and than when I did they said it was $6000 dollars with added fees. I would never refer anyone to them

The salesman was very nice, but the vehicle itself was very overpriced. The vehicle didn't get a very good used car inspection when brought in. Sunroof didn't work, tires were over inflated or had bad sensors, and the key fob didn't work. Again, the salesman was nice but the manager and service department are questionable.

Sales manager.... Way to pushy about a rusted out truck.. Tried to oversell even after we said no thank you... No give on price.. Sales person... Very friendly but made promises the dealership wouldn't back up..

The experience with Middletown for was deceiving. We bought our car and the sales rep told us that if anything was wrong they would fix with the understanding that their mechanics had looked over the car. Alternator started having issues. We called them they told us to take it to a Chevy dealer so we did, thinking they would take care of it since the warning light came on only 3 days after purchase and less than 100 miles driven off the lot. Needless to say this would be a five star rating if they would have paid but they refused saying that it wasn't under warranty. The sales rep made it told us we had a month or 1000 miles whatever came first. This is not the case and I will never send anyone to this place. This was my first car purchase so I am sure there are things that I could have done differently however it's just a shame that a certified dealer would pull a fast one over on me and my family knowing we were going to take it on a trip and knowing that we have a two year old. Make sure you get everything in writing at this place because they will lie right to your face

Didn't buy a car but was quick with response and helpful with all my questions.

Dealer explained the vehicle I was interested in was not available for sale. Over the next 3 days I received 2 emails and 2 phone calls from the internet department asking me when I wanted to see the vehicle. Definitely not in tune with what's going on internally.
