My salesman was Derek Baine, he was great! I got a service order and carfax sent to me before I even drove there to look at the vehicle. I got a great car that I love for a great price. After I signed all the paperwork it wasn't like ok done get out, he helped me connect my phone to the car and learn all the features. Definitely recommend to a friend.

Rodney was very helpful in allowing me to test drive the vehicle. He was courteous and informative. However, I chose to purchase from another dealership because the other vehicle had more of what I wanted.

The dealer was kind throughout the process of buying a car and patient with me when we had a little trouble with insurance. Good experience overall and they were fair with the price of the car I bought.

Typical car dealer, give you nothing for your car and want top dollar for theirs. Pushes longer term loan to get lower payments, instead of lowering price.

Manager sent email saying need to sell cars so willing to make deals not under normal circumstances because of need to move units made offer said no so l said what’s your best offer never heard back

Everyone was awesome. They had the car I wanted. When I showed up I was in a time crunch that day never expecting to leave with the car. they all jumped through hoops to make sure I didn't lose the car to someone else and I drove home with it in a matter of hours. Friendly, informative, answered everything before I could even ask.

Drove 2 1/2 hours to test drive the vehicle. Arrived at appointment time that was requested by the dealer and discovered a chip in the windshield and exterior flaws that were not able to be scene in online photos. Car was not detailed either, which was a major turn-off seeing how they knew we were hoping to take it home the same day given our long drive. They did, however, call for feedback following the visit.

They called me right away and were very helpful and up-front about everything with the car I was curious about. I ended up buying from a different dealership in the end, but I wouldn't hesitate to look at Crippen again in the future.

It was an hour drive to get there, but it was defiantly worth the trip. Everyone was so nice, from the manager that made first contact with me, the receptionist, on up to the salesman. I would defiantly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. I will be ready to purchase the car within the next week. I hope that this car is still available.

Bruce Turner immediately contacted me through email and a phone call. The Acadia that I was interested in had more miles then I wanted. He was very helpful and sent me other vehicles that they currently had on their lot. That same week their manager emailed me to ask if he could assist in our efforts to find a vehicle. I would not have hesitated to make the hour trip to Crippen to find a vehicle. The were very helpful and seemed to want to do business.

Had a few minor issues with the car which were dealt with swiftly and to my satisfaction. They made sure that things were "made right" and made sure I was satisfied.
