On 9/11/23 I purchased a 2010 Chevy Aveo from Andre. On the way home to Dahlonega I noticed the speedometer was not working and there was a horrible wobble in the front. I stopped at Discount Tire and they found my front passenger tire was shredded, I was told I was very lucky it didn't explode, it would've flipped the car and either created massive bodily injuries or death. Went back to Crew Autos so they could replace the speedometer, I showed Andre the tire and he said that I had done that. On my way home my car stopped running, I had lights, radio and the new speedometer part lit up, but I had no ignition or engine turn over. Daniel, the mechanic manager, contacted me and, as of yesterday (9/22/23) had a tow truck pick up my car and brought back so he could fix what is wrong and put 2 new tires on it. IF you buy a car from them deal with Daniel ONLY!! He is the only honest/honorable person at this lot.

Daniel, from Crew's Auto Sales was very professional ANF followed up with me on my inquiries. He touched bases by phone, email and texting.

Pictures don't tell the whole story. This truck looked great in the pictures but once I saw it in person my mind changed instantly! They just spray painted over rust all over the frame and wheels. The inside was disgusting! It smelled like a wet ashtray and just felt nasty. They just acted like it was no big deal and continued to try to get me to buy it. Borderline scam artists!

Awesome dealership! I ended up getting a Nissan Rogue instead of the Nissan Sentra. I am very satisfied with my experience and my purchase.

This dealership is a joke. I had a 5:30pm appointment with them to go see a car I was interested in. I drove over 30mins through Atlanta traffic . When I got there, there was not a single person in sight. Neither my calls not text was returned. Please take your money elsewhere folks.

Very responsive to our inquiry, lots of inventory. Everyone on the lot was helpful and easy to talk to. Car we wanted to see was available and we did test drive. Was not the car for us but we would recommend dealer.

This business is seeking to SCAM customers. This car transmission is going out…..it doesn’t change gears while driving. The workers claim a mechanic check their vehicles but there is no track record to show. They make false promises to fix vehicles while lying that nothing is wrong with their vehicles. All their vehicles are bad. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

My overall experience was great! They owner greeted me when I first arrived and ask me how was my drive. They listened to my concerns and acted on them. I will go back if ever in need. The car was amazing and my son REALLY love it!!!!! I was asked to confirm my appointment. They are very professional and courteous.

Nice dealer. They didnt have the car prepped that I was looking at which is a bummer so be prepared. they did agree to work on the things I saw that other dealers would have done to prep.

I called awhile ago, the lady picked up and never called me back when she was driving. The customer service is not there. Also the description says a Toyota Corolla S but in the pictures it’s an LE so idk if this car that im not going to buy is priced correctly.

My parter and I were impressed by the courtesy and listening ear we received from Crew Auto Staff, when we called on the phone, when we wrote them, and when we visited the site of the dealership. We were impressed when they patiently explained each car's reliability and performance. I will be their lifelong customer. I must refer my professional associates to them, frequently.

This agency is a cut above the typical car flipper in the Atlanta area. It's an actual agency specializing in cars from $3000 to $10000 with a garage where they go over the cars before the sale. All sales are "as is" nevertheless.

Contacted by a salesperson who tells me all problems with the car has been fixed. I drive two hours to look at the car and it looks nothing like the picture. Inside driver's door has fabric hanging and ripped, and the car doesn't look at all like "excellent condition" per salesperson. Was also told the transmission was fixed on the car which was also untrue. Best part was driving back home after a wasted trip in hurricane Michael. I wouldn't and won't have anything to do with this business again.

It’s tricky to rate this dealer without rating the vehicle. On the one hand, William is terrific: he responded quickly and politely, provided a free CarFax, and let me take the Jeep to my mechanic. There were several obvious broken parts such as the antenna, the side mirror, and interior door handles, which they said they would fix, but the car looked great. On the other hand, the car has 10,000 more miles on the odometer than advertised, and my mechanic said repairs needed to pass emissions and drive safely would more than double the cost. The mechanic said “junk yard parts” were plentiful inside, as were uncleared computer codes, and I might have to replace the transmission in the not so distany future. Yet the vehicle drove quite well. William offered to have their shop fix the issues I was most concerned about. His attitude was exemplary, but I sadly walked away due to the unknowns - the 10,000 miles unaccounted for on the CarFax and potential for more expensive future repairs.

The "contact" was unresponsive. In my e-mail, I asked a specific question. The e-mail response/"contact" was generic. When I replied to the e-mail and repeated my question, I got NO RESPONSE.
