The overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend this dealership to other people by starting the process on car gurus it saved me much time at the actual dealership. The staff was wonderful very helpful. It made my car buying experience a breeze Ryan was a big help as well as Richard and some of the other staff.
Had a Good experience with this dealership and decided to purchase my car here. Just be mindful if trading in a vehicle that is not a GMC vehicle you will not get what you would for it at another dealership. If they can't make a 300% profit they will low ball you and not give you what is fair for your trade in. Other than this. I would recommend because they sell quality vehicles

Drove there, no deal, said someone put a deposit down, was told if it didn’t sell would call, sold two weeks later, horrible communication, wasted 2 hours on a Saturday for, uh don’t what happened!

Excellent Customer Service!
We had made a cash deal for a 2019 GMC Terrain but they assumed our county rather than asking so when we went to pick it up they jacked the price $100 to cover their mistake and would not absorb the $100 so we requested our $2000 down payment back and left. They never admitted their mistake and were rude.
Sales representative contacted me via email, worked with my schedule. I brought my car to the
dealership for the trade-in estimate and left in the new car a couple hours later. All costs and
factory incentives were shown to me very clearly, no games, no "I have to talk with my manager
about the price". They are definitely on my short list for the next car purchase.

Sales rep was great. Test drive was great. Problem was with the deal itself. No discount off sticker price. Doc fee was marked up from other dealers I contacted. APR was marked up, even after I stated my credit was excellent. This is not the dealer for the well I formed buyet.

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Sales uses deceptive sales tactics, for example bait and switch. Ceil guaranteed me a price as long as I let her run my credit. Long story short, she came back saying she didn't do that. Not to mention how rude she was from her attitude to name calling. I would recommend any other dealership after this experience for sure. I wouldn't want the same thing to happen to anyone else.
The sales people and manager were nice. I was a little surprised to see the
car was not very clean when I came to look at it by appointment. The interior
was dirty and the carpet and floor mats were actually pretty disgusting.
The dealership was nice and clean, just thought the car would have been as
well. Not saying they are bad people, but maybe should prepare a little before
having me in. I would have waiting another day if they needed it.

Not able to make a deal at this time, but they were attentive, respectable, and knowledgeable. Will work with them in the future.
Not a good experience. I contacted the sight for my fiancé. He lives in
Cleveland, I live in Erie. He came to the dealership several times and tried to
work with GM regarding the GMC Denali. They was only $1000 difference in
price between he and GM. However, it doesn't seem like the GM wants to
work with him regarding this $1000 difference. Seems like a shame to me.

I sent an email that I was in the market for a used car and GMC Beachwood response was every fast. I loved the fact that my sales rep texted me to keep me informed about the vehicle I wanted to come and test drive. Shepard and I set up an appointment for two days later. I loved that when I walked in that my name was a big white board as a VIP appointment. The car was pulled up and ready for my test drive. Sean and Shepard where wonderful front start to finish. I was only at the dealer for 2 hours and I was on the road with my Camry! Thanks for the best car buying experience to date!!
