Nick Lambert was great. Bought a used Mazda CX-5 from them. Put refundable deposit down before seeing car after communicating with Nick. No surprises when I saw car in person, as it was as-described in great shape. My daughter loves it!

Great dealership. Ricardo was an amazing salesperson. He actually heard what my wife and I needed and worked to help us get into an amazing vehicle. The one thing my wife hates is the back and forth and we didn't need it even when we got into financing. They worked for us. Great Job Crest and Ricardo!

Sales team was very nice but disappointed in condition of car when it was shipped to me. Many scratches. Was presented to be completely clean and was not. I have to have work done on paint to get rid of scratches. Also told it had ceramic finish and it did not.

Awesome car buying experience! Our salesman Jimmy Crosby is the best. He answered all of our questions and was right there through the entire process from the very beginning!! He went above and beyond. The finance department and sales director Jeremy Hernandez made the whole sale process smooth. They were amazingly accommodating!! At CREST VOLVO they really roll out the red carpet for their customers!!! They have made a lifetime customer with us. I'm taking my daughter there today for her to look at purchasing her first vehicle. I can't say enough....GO GO GO to CREST VOLVO!! You will not be be disappointed!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Be Prepared for a Scam: I made an appointment to see a vehicle, drove two hours, and was hugely disappointed with the model I wanted to test drive (previous smoker). I was passed to a salesperson that was extremely helpful as my wife and I test drove other models on the lot. Received a fair offer that we wanted to think about over the weekend—then the high pressure began. Had to make a decision the same day or the offer would be rescinded. Called and texted the same day to accept the offer, but I had to physically retur to the dealership to sign the “contract.” Being late on a Saturday, I thought there would be no reason we couldn’t complete initial paperwork through email (and banks were already closed for financing decisions). On Monday, salesperson said deal was off the table. Price went up $3,000. I said no thanks. Then price went back to initial offer IF I financed the car through the dealer. Extremely condescending and insulting. Never again!

Confirmed a test drive two days in advance.Spoke with the sales person the morning of to confirm my appointment for 9:30 he said everything was fine.Upon arrival @9:25 he was out doing another test drive. Apparently appointments don’t matter. Oh I gets worse.Finally sales person does decide to help me the vehicle I was there to test drive was taking to the Auction that morning ‍♀️ So then the sales person tells me I can have them bring it back and He would bring it by my residence to test drive I said ok but I was willing to come back to see it. Never heard back from him either. And to add insult to injury the first sale person I set everything up with he never reached back out to at least Apologize. And yes I both salesmen names.

I have not bought yet because of the virus and I can't travel from VA to Texas to buy at this time. Still lI had a good experience with the dealer so far. I have had other dealers add well over $1000 to the advertised GURUS price. That really turns me off so I asked and received an itimized breakdown of the cost which had just $250 for dealer costs which is normal plus the taxes/title. All told the added expenses were about $800 which is normal in my mind.

I bought a 2019 Volvo xc40 CPO. No later than 1 day after the purchase I hear a noise from the ac units and 2 days after purchase a vibration from the sunroof when on the highway and a jittering when opening and closing. They had to replace the whole sunroof and both AC units. Not to mention after we agreed on the purchase price they said. Oh yah, I forgot to mention. We put $800 tint on the car and we are going to charge you for it. But we already agreed on the purchase price of THE CAR. It’s the whole car. The tint is already mine if I’m purchasing the whole car. So I would not trust their CPO program. All it took was for me to open and close the sunroof once to hear the problem. All it took was the ac speed to be set to 1 to hear the noise that it was going out. They must have been listening to music when doing the checklist. They also left dots and letters on various spots of the car with a car sharpie. Some of which i could get off but one on the rear taillight won’t go

My first call was from a very nice man named Max who took most of my info. My 2nd & following calls were from Mr. Harris who didnt follow through with my deal by submitting it to the bank & the next day called asking if I wanted him to pursue the loan. I had already agreed to this the day before when I gave him the VIN# of my BMW trade! It's been 4 days & I havent gotten even a courtesy call regarding my approval. Besides not being a good listener, he talked over me on several occasions to the point of me stating for him to Please stop talking over me. I'm not doing business with Crest in the future.

My experience with crest Volvo was wonderful! Our salesman Aldo was very helpful and work hard to get us into the car we wanted!! Jorge in finance did a amazing job at getting us the best interest rate even beating our prequalified rate by almost 2 whole %.
