After reviewing the Carfax report, I went for a test drive. The report made no mention of rust on the underside of the vehicle, and the dealer also failed to disclose this issue. Upon inspection, I found the frame to be heavily rusted, with even the exhaust system covered in rust. This raises serious concerns about the overall condition and structural integrity of the vehicle. What is more troubling is how lightly the dealer treated this matter, showing little responsibility toward ensuring transparency and honesty in their job. Such negligence not only undermines trust but also places potential buyers at significant risk.

Very disappointed pre qualified with two financial services through car guru they didn't care. Insisted on feeling out there credit application . Then wanted 20%down.what is the point of pre qualified waste of time.

I had the most enjoyable experience with buying this car. Erica Gray was my sales person, she was awesome. Made sure all my questions and needs were met. The finance guy was awesome. I never felt pressured!!!! If you need a car this is the place to buy

We went to look at vehicle on their lot and really liked it. We went back and forth with two sales associates for about 20 minutes, prior to the end of our attempted negotiations, another staff member came into the office and took the keys. The sales associate then proceeded to inform us that the car was going to auction the next day. To be quite honest, we were shocked especially since we were getting very close to making a deal. We are reasonable people and treated everyone with kindness and respect, and although we received like treatment in return, we were a little shocked that any likelihood of us finalizing a deal ended when we left the dealership.

It could have gone better, they weren't willing to negotiate with the price and now it is advertising it the price I wanted. I ended buying a brand new Honda pilot and paying a little bit more and with a 3.9 Interest rate, It just made sense.

Called and got confirmation about the availability of the car from the salesman. Show up 40 min later and was told the car was sold earlier in the day by another salesman.

I’m very disappointed how they advertised this car. I have pics of their online advertisement saying this car came w/navigation system. We called ahead that we’d like to see this specific car. So we arrived at 6 pm to see this specific car, but our salesman stalled, showing us other cars, because the car we wanted to see “was being shown to someone else.” Truth is, they couldn’t find the key or car til we got up to leave. We saw it at 8:45 pm (dusk). We decided to buy it, trusting the car was described correctly online. They were closing after we drove it. In the paperwork, they did have us sign papers that we’ll take the car “as is.” I was fine with that cause the system pkgs I wanted were listed in the description online. Let the buyer beware is true. No navigation system for me is very disappointing. :(

Filled out a short application online went into the dealership Took a test drive.. Love the car… And in less than 30 minutes paperwork was done. drove away with my new car.. Gideon helped me with everything he was honest and fast and it was a excellent experience. I will return to Crest

Called Thursday night and agreed upon price and reverend buyers order via email at 7pm. Brought cashiers check to sales office at 10am as agreed upon. Waited for 3 hours for car to be "ready". Upon delivery it was not even close. Had not been detailed, missing several accessories like DVD remote/headphones, DVD player didn't work, an interior peice was broken, the driver side mirror had disconnected peices dangling, there were multiple chips on the front window, the tint had minor damage (was told this was all brand new for $698). After arriving at 10am and going through all of this I thought they spent the afternoon fixing the issues. At 720pm I received my vehicle and left with none of the aforementioned issues resolved. I will never do business with Crest Infiniti again regardless of the fact that this was a pre-owned "as is" vehicle. Their professionalism for a luxury dealership was no different than a dodgy car lot off the beaten path.

The salesmen and I could not come up with a decent offer for my trade in which is a 2015 Nissan Armada Platinum Reserve. His offer was very low and he would not reduce his vehicle also. I give this dealership a one star because salesmen gave nothing to work with far as trying to purchase the vehicle I wanted.
