Found the Explorer online Friday night. Drove 120 miles on Saturday. Crescent Ford handled financing and all of the paperwork. Drove the Explorer home Saturday afternoon. Nate House, our salesperson, worked other departments to handle our early arrival appointment to have Surface Care interior and exterior protection treatment applied. Our 12:00 appointment was bumped to 9:30. My wife and I walked around while our Explorer was been serviced. Nate called us around 12:15 and said the Explorer was done. We had just finished an early lunch at Claddagh, great little Irish pub. Nate picked us up, and we returned to the dealership. We were back on the road by 12:30. I would buy from Crescent Ford again if they have the vehicle I wanted.

Very sloppy dealership. The options that are listed on the sheet is not whats on and in the vehicle. Told them i had my own finances but they still tried to come in with all the fast talk and stuff. I asked about the carfax report of the car being in an accident........... crickets. No one was in a Crown uniform (street clothes only) jeans, boots, etc etc. I thought i was on one of those side street lots. Never again!

When we went back the second time, the sales manager (he was from Virginia) and car salesman (Matt) were very nice. They had most of the paperwork done so that process wouldn't be so long. The finance officer (Dee) was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. I would definitely refer others to Crescent Ford.
