Welcome to the Credit Union Auto Marketplace! We are dedicated to changing the way customers buy a vehicle from a dealership! We believe that auto buying should be a no pressure, hassle free experience. Here at Credit Union Auto Marketplace, you are assigned a personal advisor to assist you through the entire process- from narrowing down the vehicles you are interested in, to financing, and handing over the keys. Most of our Auto Advisors have a background in credit union financing, making them highly specialized in not only helping you find the vehicle that best suits you, but advising you on which vehicle will fit you best financially.

The car says 18988, after they added their fees it was almost 25000, they tried to add a bunch of crazy fees that made no sense then when I declined they tried taking some of the fees off. If they have to add all those fees to every car they need to advertise the price of the car as more instead of lieing to people, staff wasn’t helpful at all. Do not recommend this place they are crooks
My Sales Associate Jewell was very responsive and helpful through out the process. She made sure all my questions were answered. She was happy to answer questions about the car or find them since I did not live close to the dealership.
The driver delivering my car was also courteous and helpful.
All in all it was a very easy process, I would recommend this dealer to others

The absolute best experience I've ever had buying a car and I have bought a few . Josh and carol are top notch people ! I will definitely be going back. And I live almost two hours away from the dealership .Give them a shot you will be pleased.

This dealership was found to have no integrity! Attempted to upcharge $1995 for recon! Frivolous charge! When questioned $995 was removed and the vehicle cost went up 1k. I was told if you don't use their financing $1000 is added to the posted online price.

I was invited to make a Appointment, to check ✔️
out the Vehicle, when I Arrived, I hade to wait for the
salesperson, then that the Vehicle was being
Services and I couldn't see it, also the Vehicle that
was in service was not the Vehicle I came to See,
gave the salesperson the # Vent#, and was taken
out to the backyard, and there was the Vehicle, with a
Dead Battery, so I made a Deal with the Salesperson

After inquiring about this vehicle I was informed that the price as listed was ONLY if you used their financing. I am not being forced to use someone's financing to get a better price. I was told this applied to paying cash as well that the price would go up. I find this shady and underhanded. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone.

The salesperson was very helpful in setting up an appointment for me to see the vehicle I am
interested in. She sent me complete information about the vehicle prior to my visit and
accompanied me on a test ride. Afterwards, I was given a total price for the purchase, which
included a valuation on my trade.

Basically say everything positive on the phone get all
your information saying they got many finance
options and then don't even call you back just leave
you pissing in the Wind wanting to know what's
next!! Since I was asked to add more information to
this review I shall a person from The Car Lot called
me took my information I told them the vehicle that I
wanted never called me back I had to call them back
twice told me my credit wasn't good enough on that
particular car how about something else and never
called me back about the something else

Got passed around like lighter at a poison concert. And then tried to distract me from seeing some major damage to the cab and box. Everything went smooth until I questioned the cab and I was basically run through ringer and told that truck was a higher price than what was put online . Don’t care to be treated like I’m the criminal and that my credit was 150 points lower than what my credit report said prior to me showing up. And I kept that paper that showed the score wasn’t supposed to and ran my score again when I got home and again 152 points higher . What a joke would never go in there again even the girl I talked to on phone and went to meet seen her for a second and then two weeks later she called to ask how my new truck was and if I really enjoyed it. Lol

Not without faults, but the overal online experience was great. They were quick to respond to my questions and sent pictures of the vehicle when asked. The no haggle pricing has its pros and cons but I purchased the vehicle exactly because of it. They delivered the vehicle very quickly. I give them a five star for overall body of work but I do have a slight negative. When I asked for any blemishes on the vehicle I was told that it was just scratches on the paint. When I received the vehicle, the body kit on the passenger and driver side were starting to come off and the driver rear taillight is not completely tightened. It would have. Been nice if they could have fixed that or at least disclosed it to me when I asked for blemishes. But other than that, the car was what I expected.

They responded in a professional manner. They presented extra photos of the vehicle. They explained the warranty. They said the don’t negotiate due to them selling the vehicle under retail value. They did display what the price of the vehicle should be verses the current price. I think everything is negotiable.

They offered $1200 -$1400 trade in for a
2005 XLT Ford Escape, not even close to
blue book value .... Hard to tell if they
really want a sale at all, with lack of
contact an offers.

Pretty awful. They scheduled a
test drive and I had driven a long
distance to get there. They told
me when I got there that they had
sold the car I was supposed to
drive a day earlier and that the
agent who was supposed to work
with me didn't work that day.
The most unprofessional thing
was the way they managed this.
Instead of apologizing, they were
very nonchalant and then
proceeded to help me find
another car in a very uninterested
manner. I will never work with
them again.

They were great. I didn't end up getting the car because a guy came the
day I called about it and bought it after his test drive. They kept in touch
with me trying to find a good deal for me even if they didn't have it on their
