Tacked on an extra 6k in fees, services and sketchy paint dent ding, and the car wasn’t ready. I did not purchase. Pushy sales tactics and hand offs. Sketchy 200%

The location and office itself left MUCH to be desired. It’s essentially a little trailer with an outhouse. The car however was great and the staff was friendly. Overall I feel like we definitely paid some fluffy fees (compared to other places we visited and got numbers from) but also I’m thankful to have the car hunt over with so I will call it a win overall - but they would benefit from investing in a better, less sketchy office.

Amazing experience great staff
Yes when they finally called me back I felt as if they really didn’t want me
to purchase the car . I ask the out of salemanger what kinda price for the
vehicle out the door he quoted me 20,000.00 out of the door with there
dealership fees . I just ended up ending the conversation . I had a cash
13,800 check ready to purchase I so purchased another DarCars cheaper
and less mileage
Horrible experience. During the final stages of the deal, they added nearly $6k to the price, stating they installed a theft recovery system and a cosmetics warranty. I said I did not ask for, nor did I want, either of these and they said it was mandatory. Needless to say, I did not purchase the vehicle. Very disappointing experience!
U have this car listed for 14,995 the salesman told me I could not pay cash for the car I had to finance the car for 72 months. I said ok the payment was too high and after putting 4000 down the payment was 339$ they would not tell me the amount that was being financed to make it make sense. So I walked away.

contacted at 11 am ready to buy came preaproved dragged me out to 7pm still
couldnt give me a sold out the door price taking money to another dealer.

Thereâs almost too much to write. My
husband and I have been searching for this
specific car for quite some time and were
happy to come across this one even though
itâs in NJ and we are in MA. Immediately
after signing the papers we felt a little
uneasy, like we were being taken advantage
of trusting them buying a car that we hadnât
seen in person but we were assured it was
as pictured etc. The photos on the
advertisement are incredible, the car looks
amazing. Well, none of 10+ dings and small
rust spots were mentioned, or a huge
basketball sized dent on the hood that is
only visible from a certain angle⦠and Iâm
sure youâre all like, why didnât you inspect it
upon delivery? Well, thatâs because the car
was delivered at 10pm in the pitch dark by a
person who spoke no English and just stuck
his hand out and said âyou payââ¦.not
enough space here to explain the rest just
know we are not happy & definitely donât
recommend them

Initially, the dealership did contact me and I went in to test drive the vehicle. However, I asked if their mechanic can inspect the engine for a slight noise during acceleration. That was 2 Saturdays ago, and I'm still waiting for a followup. Although, I ended up purchasing a Land rover range rover evoque I also saw on Cargurus.com
