Worse experience ever. Agreed to listing price. The price listed is 29k but I will be out the door for 36k. I am from SC and we have a cap of
500 for taxes. I asked why the huge increase and was told that it was dealer installed option. I then inquired what option did they installed
and couldn’t say. They then said it was because of their mandatory warranty that is being added. I asked if the warranty could be used where
I live and told no. So, they put a low price to get you to call and bait/switch you and then explain it was the New jersey way cars are sold. I
bought numerous cars all the time never had such horrible experiences like this before.

Quick to respond but I did not wan to purchase a vehicle sight unseen
Omar at Crazy Cars went above and beyond to take care of me. I flew in from out of state to buy a car - he made the transaction seamless and efficient. I had numerous questions about the pre-owned car business as well as New Jersey regulation. He took the time to explain this to me in detail and we worked out a fair deal. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Omar again.

Don't waste your time at this crooked dealer. Classic bait
and switch. The price they list online is about 10 grand
less then the actual price in hopes of bringing
customers in. Unprofessional dealer. You walk a block
down a busy
road to the financing office just to find out the price you
were expecting to pay has magically increased
substantially. Don't let the slick talking fool you. Save
yourself some time and money and go elsewhere. Really
not sure how a place like this is allowed to do business.
Believe the 1-star reviews. I contacted this dealership and got a response almost immediately. Then
there was no contact, even when I texted multiple times. I finally had time to call, so I did. The
salesperson, Fatima, seemed nice and got a sales manager, Acromie, to call me within a few
minutes, but when I asked about the cash price for the vehicle, I was immediately told that if I
purchased cash, there would be a cash adjustment of about TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS because
they lose their incentives and don't make as much money when people pay cash. This place is not
buyer-focused. Even in a business that is largely financed, where they can make money on the
people they finance, they want to "stick it" to every buyer. As much as I loved and wanted the exact
car they had on their lot, I passed because it was apparent that every negative thing that was said
about them was true.
I left the place very disappointed. The Sales person although new to the place was an incredibly a pleasure
to work with. However, the Manager is also the Finance and final sales person where they proved that that
there was no transparency by telling you that the final price Car is several thousands more as they sell their
used vehicle with scratch insurance, additional fees, and Lo-Jack not even yet installed but 3 times the OEM
Price with no choice if you did not want it installed. Listed price of the car was 17,995 and to purchase the
car however the Manager wanted 26,000 after I drove for 1 plus hours up there to asked if they had any
hidden fees. Leave your mouth open for an eye opening experience and false advertising.
Waste of time do not go here. They will literally tell you that they can approve you and put you in any car no matter your credit. I literally had a 720 credit score they cannot give me approved or they wanted me to put down more than I intended, my put down was initially $2000 for a $$15,000 car
Felt like I was an outcast. I wasn't local to the dealership so they really didn't want to work with me. I had to keep calling them because they
wouldn't call me back. Also, the vehicle has been on their lot for over 14 MONTHS, however when I asked for a small reduction in price, they
got very upset. The agent I was assigned to actually started yelling at me on the phone. Will never recommend anyone to go there. No sense
being abused when you're the customer. Very rude!

I submitted an inquiry about a car 5/21. After getting a call from the dealership, I submitted my application and financial information within minutes after it was requested just to speed up the process. It took about 7 days of me consistently calling/texting the dealer to follow up on the process. It took 6 days for them to run my credit. After 7 days, I finally get an unprofessional text back from the finance manager that just said, “need a cosigner.” I understand my finances/credit are on me, but my disappointment is with the lack of professionalism as well as feeling like I’m bugging them requesting updates that often went ignored until I called.

Car listed at 43,495 …drove 1.5 hours to purchase the car however dealer wants 56,000…called the dealer before I drove 1.5 hours up there to asked if they had any hidden fees …they said no …horrible experience and false advertising…if yall want 56k for the vehicle just post that

Really bad experience with those people. I saw the reviews but I still went up to them , texted them and started the deal online they told me that I was approved and nothing after that . I was literally begging their manager (Rana) to call or text me back so we can finish the deal . She never did and she replied later telling me that she waiting on the bank to approve me lol.

Got jerked around for about five days. Wanted to pay cash for the car. Never would get back with me not sure what’s going on at that Car Sales Pl..
I drove to the Crazy Cars dealership 5 hours to make a deal on a car priced at $15.5K. The salesman was fine, the car was fine, the test drive
was fine but the closing table was unlike anything I've ever experienced and hope to never have to experience again. Long story short, the
"finance person" specified that in addition to the non-negotiable price on the car, they would also require "dealer prep fees" of $4,995 plus "doc
fees" of $850 plus additional fees which brought the total to over $21,000.
TAKEAWAY: If you see what appears to be a reasonable price, understand they have no intention of selling it to you at anywhere near that
price.

I went to buy the car and they told me they didn’t have clean title
I say I have “good luck” and tried to ignore the bad reviews thinking my case would work out. PLEASE LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS!! I called them 2 times a day for 6 days. Kept hearing “we will call you back”. No updates on anything. I am suspicious this car isn’t even In their lot. Horrible customer service. Unresponsive completely
I contacted the dealer 2/18/2025 and inquired about the availability of the 2018 Subaru Outback at the Hillside, NJ location. I was told the
vehicle was available. I live out of state but arranged for a friend to go to the dealership on 2/19/2025 to test drive the vehicle for me. When
my friend arrived the salesperson on site (not the person I had been in contact with) met with my friend. All 3 of us had a short conversation
where I informed the salesperson that my friend was there to test drive the vehicle for me and pending his assessment we could talk further.
10 minutes later I get a call from my friend informing me that he was told the vehicle was sold earlier that day and the salesperson then asked
"can I interest you in another vehicle?" As of this writing the vehicle has been on CarGurus for 140 days and at the dealership for 133 days.
Huge waste of time. I do not recommend this dealership.

Was motivated to purchase right away. Loan was pre approved on app. Contacted dealership whose behavior was a bit sketchy. Their quick action when asking for all my
personal info followed by repeated delays were red flags. They wanted to look at other financing?! It shouldnât take several days to, several emails, several phone calls to
purchase a vehicle. Took me less than 1 hour with another dealer for a newer wrangler with less miles for same price. They definitely didnât want to sell or just wanted a
personâs identity info. You are welcome to your own interpretation.

The manager had no experience on selling cars and they came with unreasonable fees and prices for example for a 21k car price the
have 9K fees and they cant even explain what your paying for.

Very difficult sales person. Sandra the sales rep would not speak about negotiating price. I asked to speak with sales manager she said you don't need to I'm able to make decisions. At The time car was listed at 38495. I offered her 38000 and she replied that's below asking. We can't do that. Apparently they can since they lowered the car price to 36495 lost a sale because of a greedy sales person

Don’t do business with these scam artists.
They only communicated when they wanted my information never communicated back when I wanted to know about a car. Always told me they’d call me back and I had to keep calling them since I never received any calls. Finally gave up pulling teeth and found another car at another dealership.
Hard to deal with, called them multiple times, they wont answer or call back. Email them and then they dont reply. Once I can get in touch with them, I ask for the information my bank is asking for or the "Final Price" then give the go around. Either vehicle is sold already or idk what the issue is.

with me and explained all the information I needed when I came in! I give them an A+
I contacted this dealership earlier in the week.
They called me back and we set up an
appointment for Saturday 11/9/2024. I drove 1
hr and 40mins to get there and they told me
the car had sold, but the proceeded to try to
sell me a different car. They were very
unprofessional and barely speak English. They
are very scamish PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY
FROM THIS LOT. Donât waste your time or
money. The car was never on the lot. They
keep advertising cars that are not there. They
keep changing the prices to get you to come
out there. I will be making a complaint on the
BBB website as well. And Iâve NEVER had to
put a deposit down on a car just for them to
hold it. So as I stated before thatâs very

Sorry for the frustration. Our vehicles are high on demand, due to the rare inventory that we carry, we recommend leaving a deposit to hold any vehicle of your choice. Unfortunately, you did not leave a deposit and another customer came in and purchased out right.

Called these unresponsive people multiple times over the span of 4 days and talked to a Jessica and Nora making sure the 2018 M550i was available for test drive. Came all the way from Maryland and even called during the way there to make sure it was still there. I got there and this guy says the car left the lot already and proceeds to try and sell me other cars. Thats when I realized this dealership is nothing but a bunch of carbaiters. Like you couldn't have informed me before I got there? I should've just stayed home after seeing the reviews. No parking area, no proper lot, a broken down building…like thats literally what you’re gonna expect when you come to a dealership that looks exactly like how they act. Believe me you should just go with the slightly more expensive car rather than this dealerships fake listings. Only good thing out of that long drive was finally being able to try New York style pizza before heading back.

We advise all customers to leave a deposit to hold the vehicle, especially coming from out-of-state, as vehicles are high on demand.
Had a great experience at Crazy Cars. I found a car i wanted so i called and spoke to Jessica. Jessica confirmed the car was available and had it ready for me for when i got there. After driving the car i decided to buy it , the whole process was excellent, her team got me a great finance rate and had me on the road within a couple hours . I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Thank you Jessica and Mr Torres for a great experience.

These people are nothing but scammers. I called on this vehicle and I can’t get a straight answer from anyone. All they want to do is get you in there so they could sell you something else. I still haven’t bought a car yet because this dealership advertises this price, then I’ll tell you that the car isn’t there it’s been sent out for cleaning or maintenance. Then they try to sell you something else. They advertise that price to get you in there then they try to charge $5000 more. Buyer beware terrible experience with these people. I would rate them a half a star
They had a truck listed for $23,995. So I inquired about the truck, and it was nothing but a hassle from the word go!! I had three different sales reps texting me and all had different stories on pricing. I literally had to call and beg them for a "out the door price" after waiting for the call back that never came. I was literally at my bank ready to start paperwork. 3+ hours later I get a call back with the information I requested. Somehow the total went from 24k to 30,850$ out the door. When I questioned this the sales rep was extremely rude and over talked me. Someone make this make sense because even "Jessica" the sales rep didn't know what to say when I questioned it other than "oh wait until you see how nice this is, it's worth it". I'll save my peace of mind, and take my money elsewhere!!!! What a joke of a dealership, not impressed in the least!
I would advise anyone that is thinking of purchasing a vehicle
from this dealership to not waste your time. They will not honor
the listed price or it's dealer disclaimer that the listed price will
be honored as a cash price and is not contingent upon
financing I can went with check in hand and I was told I would
have to finance through them for listed price.

Car was in excellent shape other than the tires, which they replaced. Anthony was an awesome salesman. Not high pressure at all. Would definitely consider them for another vehicle.
Terrible! Anthony introduced himself and the first thing he said was he would send me the bill of sale. Never got it. Then a woman called from the same location with all the personality and appeal of a root canal giving me a different price and told me that was the price and if I wanted the car I had their number. I said it’s higher than the listed price and her reply was that is the finance price. So I asked for the cash price and they acted like it was ‘The Precious’ meant for only them. I asked for the bill of sale so I could give to my bank for financing quotes and it was like pulling teeth. He apologized numerous times, and guaranteed he would send as soon as he was back in the office and never did. He had a different excuse each time. First it was short staffed then the new hire finance manager was no good. I tried over a week to get the document and between his time at the gym and taking off work mid week, and drama with his ex I guess he just didn’t have time.

Made an appt to see the Q X 80 Suv was parked down an embankment …. Was not offered a test drive but was told if interested I will go into a ( Trailer Office) and speak with him . So here’s the funny part the sales guy indicated to me there in no warranty on the SUV I will have to purchase that! So the Manager pulled out a sheet of paper and started to write some figures first I saw 2475.00 then followed by some other figures when I ask about the 2475.00 he said it was dealer prep fee… at that moment I said to myself this guy thinks I am a fool ! Because his words were this fee is to make sure the vehicle is in perfect condition … d see o if so be the case why not give me some warranty ♂️They live up to there trailer ñame Crazy lol ! Just wondering how many consumers fall for this gimmick !
Asked what total cost would be for cash purchase and was told only “it will be much higher because they make their money through kickbacks from the bank they finance through”. I asked for a total price if I paid cash and was told they would have to see how much the kickbacks were and add that to the advertised price and get back to me.

Absolutely horrible experience that wasted days of chances at other vehicles. I live in MA, but when I saw this in NJ I was willing to do whatever I had to go get it. Perfect price, color, and features. It took two days for a receptionist to finally call. I explained that I’m out of state, but was willing to give a deposit, go there to sign, whatever it takes to get this done. She was extremely helpful, but warned me “Andrew”, the person in charge of the vehicle, sometimes forgets to call. He did. I did get a text the next morning asking when I would be coming in (I’m 200 miles away), but no call until 4 PM the next day. A day after that I FINALLY got to submit my paperwork and texted my license to his private cell, and then.. nothing for 24hrs. I had to find out the vehicle was sold through CarGurus. I hoped it was sold to me, but then I find out this kid never even submitted my paperwork. This kid has my license pic on his phone for nothing.. Awful.

I came there to check out a vehicle for my wife. I told the them that the can do only one hard inquiry credit check on me. The financial guy Alex ran my credit 5 times without my permission. Please be careful they are liars as well. Right now i am fighting to remove some of the hard inquiries of my credit report. I received an email prompting me about the hard inquiries while i was there and i confronted them. Alex actually lied in my face. He told me he only did 2 hard inquiries and 3 soft which was untrue. I've reach out to all 5 of the financial companies and they told me that i also have to get crazy cars involved in the removal the hard inquiries. They are not helping they are telling me that they will call me back but never did so im writing this honest review to warn everyone.

BEWARE - PLEASE READ!! SHADY DEALERSHIP WITH OBNOXIOUS HIDDEN FEES!! Negative star review because giving these guys
even 1 star feels too rewarding. I reached out about a vehicle they had online asking if it was still available and if there was any wiggle
room on price. It would be a very quick and very simple sale for them, I was offering CASH in hand! I was strung along for 4 days by a
salesman named Anthony who could never give me a straight answer making a different excuse each day as to why I didn't hear back.
FINALLY after waiting DAYS I received the bill of sale to show what it would cost out the door. I noticed three things that not only could
have been mentioned, but in my opinion SHOULD have been mentioned from day one when we first spoke. 1- They did not budge on price
whatsoever. 2- They charge a hidden $900 doc fee. Now these first two I understood and was okay with, but the last was the REAL kicker
3- They charge an UNGODLY $2,995 "recon fee"
At 2am I sent my information in, told them I was pre approved for financing and that I was interested in buying the car. Mike messaged me and I replied to his message stating I was ready to go with a down payment and financing. That "I cannot stress about how much I'm interested in this car". Tried to call him twice and received no response. Couldn't leave a voice mail bc it was full, so sent an SMS with my number when prompted. Called the Hillside dealership the next day THREE times with no answer. Hours later, I was contacted by text by another agent who told me the Pathfinder I was going to buy was sold late the previous night. That's no way to do business. I'll take my money elsewhere, anyone reading thus should do the same.
Drove down to view a Cargo Van on 2/6/23. The vehicle had high mileage and was in need of major repairs. Both rear cargo doors were severely damaged with the drivers side rear door being buckled at the point of impact. The price wasn't negotiable, the sales rep. should have already been aware of what condition the vehicle was in, but for some reason neglected to post that in the vehicle description. The mileage and condition of vehicle should prevent this vehicle from being purchased with financing. Price was inflated during application for financing, and fees that have nothing to do with buying a vehicle were added to the transaction. This is not what buying a vehicle is about. Buyer beware! If you are told that bank fees and broker fees are part of the vehicle price, Walk Away! A bank will lend money based on your credit worthiness, and if a down payment is needed, but if they also charge a bank fee, and broker fees, dealer fee? Take your business somewhere else.

I received an average used car experience. I live in OH and the vehicle is in NJ. The price and mileage were great, however this purchase required transportation arrangements. The dealership could not provide specifics on cost or timing. The transport vendors at other dealerships offer more specific pickup and delivery windows. I did not choose to purchase because of that reason.
Never made it to the lot, as the finance dept turned me way off by their attitudes. I’m in the rebuilding stage of credit so I understood why my interest rate and price per month was high. However, I was still willing to put the money down and get the car…until I spoke with finance. First, the young lady (with an accent)was hurried and rude with me. When I asked what bank was used to confirm the numbers (which I was told to do by the salesperson), and explained what my pre-qual said in case it wasn’t the same bank, she said “whatever she said, that’s what it is”. I’m trying to tel her that the SALESMAN is the one who told me to ask. Then, the next woman gets on the phone and before I finish my sentence tells me “prequalified is not approved”. First of all, I KNOW this. Second, they have a bad habit of not letting you finish, nor do they seem customer friendly and they rush. After that phone conversation, I knew I was NOT buying here. Two stars only because the salesperson was cool.
They did respond the next day and said to go on there website to apply for fiance,so I did apply and they did not contact me to let me know if I got approved or not.I like to sure some information with everyone.When someone checks my credit I do get an email letting me know that someone check my credit so they did not check my credit.They do not like out of state people or money.

Very polite but they added $1,000 in pointless fees that weren’t advertised or disclosed until the last step in the process. Pricing is not as attractive as it appears. The fees were on top of tags, taxes, registration.

Although the vehicle had sold earlier in the day the dealership
promptly returned my call . Very professional and polite.
Very satisfied with this dealer. They responded quickly via email and phone. I was able to speak to the buyer for this dealership about the specific car I was interested in. He was honest about the vehicle condition. They were not pushy or overbearing to make the sale. I left a deposit over the phone and they immediately took the car off the internet until I was able to pick it up a week later. Once I was at the dealership the service was great. The process of purchasing the car was painless and they were all very friendly. I spent an hour in total from start to finish at this dealership. I would buy again and I live over an hour away.
Very accommodating; knowledgeable about the product. Cordial and respectable. Very willing to work with you regardless of your credit score. Anyone who goes to Crazy Cars Auto Sale is guaranteed to walk away with a vehicle of their choice, at a reasonable and affordable price. I think they need to find other banks to help with their financing..Charging 17% to a person like myself who has GREAT credit is ridiculous. No i did not purchase the vehicle. I guess They will wait for someone with bad credit .They will charge them 24%.. Yes they have the right name (CRAZY). 1 star for the sales man and 1 star for the young lady in the office.
