I made my initial contact on CarGurus and the Dealer did contact me. Subsequently, I called the Representative (Johnathan) and he provided the information I needed. At the Dealership, I found the Tesla for sale to be exactly as described and was clean and ready for my test-drive. I did trade up my blue 2019 Tesla Model S for their 2022 Tesla Model S. I was satisfied with the negotiations. Johnathan who made the sale and the owner of the Dealership were very helpful and made the overall purchasing experience good. I was very happy to drive off with my new red Tesla Model S. I would recommend this Dealer.

This was the best car buying experience we've ever had. We came in, were given the keys to "test drive as long as we needed", paid 15% less than Fair Market Value, were given 14% more for our F150 trade-in than Ford offered us and were done with paper-work in about 30 minutes. Tom was excellent - no pressure, friendly, knowledgeable and not an over-talker. These vehicles on this lot are not stripped down, high mileage, run-of-the-mill daily rental cars. These are low mileage (my Rebel had 9K miles), highly optioned, extremely popular vehicles (e,g, Rebel, Rubicon, Powerwagon, etc.) coming off of short-term leases. All their prices are labeled "Great Deal" on Car Gurus - its like a freakin candy store. It was well worth the 2 hour drive there. The only drawback is if you see the vehicle you want and it is still available - either reserve it with a down payment or get there quickly. Popular models are gone within 24-36 hours. 100% refer this dealership to my family and friends.

This is not your typical car dealership and if you can get past that, the experience is worthwhile. The truck I was interested in was set up inside for viewing and then I was free to test drive. The pricing is straight forward. Even though I was not able to agree on the trade in value I was shocked that Matt said he would buy my trade if I was unable to sell it on my own! Who does that.. Thanks Matt, so far so good with the 202 F 150 KR!

When you enter a place to purchase something, an employee there should greet you in a friendly and a helpful manner. We were greeted as if we were not welcomed there by this tall, and blonde girl. At that moment, we knew that we were not going to do business with them. The reason I am giving two stars is because a gentleman there helped us with our questions, but didn't even pull up a chair to speak to us properly. This place has horrible customer service, and please avoid it if you are planning to buy a car from them.

Unfortunately she was not in the day I went in to purchase the vehicle (which was exactly as described), but she had given Tom and Matt all the information and Tom greeted me and assisted with a test drive, etc. until Matt came with all the paperwork. I am in my late 60's and have purchased many cars in my life. This has been, without a doubt, the most pleasurable car purchase experience for my wife and me. Everyone from the dealership was exceptionally courteous and professional, especially the sales manager, Matt, with whom we dealt. I initially called on a Thursday and test drove and negotiated the deal that day. I got the money I was looking for from my trade and the negotiations were more of me stating what I needed to make the deal work for me. I have had the car for about 10 days now and I'm thoroughly pleased with my purchase, selection of dealership and the buying process. It was made all too easy for my wife and me. Dealer responded to email request for test-drive fairly quickly. He patiently explained the features of the Prius C and recommended a test-drive route that was a good mixture of highway and in-town driving. Even though I did not buy the Prius C, I will check with this dealer's inventory before my next used-car purchase.

I received a call back from the dealership based on an inquiry. Being extremely sensitive to cigarette smoke, I asked for a subjective opinion about whether or not there was any residual, even very faint, smoke odor. I explained that we were on our way up from over an hour away, and would not be interested and would be very disappointed, if we got all that way and were able to detect smoke. Not only did the gentleman go sit in the car himself, but he took another employee with him to get his opinion as well! He gave me his honest opinion that there had been smoking based upon a very faint odor, thus saving me a long drive, but more importantly giving me a very valuable sense that this dealership had integrity and was honest! I will only consider cars from dealerships that are rated very well, and I would strongly recommend this one based on the short but very appreciated interaction that we had! Hoping they will find something I'd be interested in!
