Didnt answer my questions but kept bombarding me with emails wanting me to share more info.

Couldn't get a straight answer on pricing and had conversed with a salesman for several days through phone, email, and text. I was wanting shine confirmation before making a2 hour trip to look at a vehicle. The salesman was supposed to get back with me on a Monday evening and didn't hear back from him until Thursday when I was sent an email wanting to know if I was still interested in the vehicle. I told them I had been waiting on their return call. I ended up buying a vehicle the same day at a different dealership.

Beware of this dealership. Dishonest advertising. I had a check ready for the advertises amount of $30,379. They added $1397.00 for something called the Crain commitment and added another $2637.00 for a service contract. They added a total of $4034.00 to the sale price. I told them that I did not want these things that they added. The salesperson was great. She said "the sales manager" said he would not sell the vehicle without the service contract and the Crain commitment. They refused to sell this vehicle to me for the advertised price. I have the documentation to prove it. I strongly advise any potential customer to say away from a place that uses such dishonest tactics. Stay away.

Responded after calling them. The van we were looking at was sold.

Truck was missing running boards featured in photos and in the written description when we arrived to buy it; after driving 2 hours; and having verbally worked out a trade in value for our car and allowing them run our credit. Our sales rep was friendly and wonderful and deferred the issue of the mysterious disappearance of the boards to the GM who 1st told us that the advertisement photos were taken and posted before the original owner expressed wanting to remove them and keep them..... then the next story we heard was that the boards actually were damaged on one side (somehow not visible in photos or the description) and the dealer did remove because they didn't want to sell damaged accessories on a truck. We asked to see the boards to know exactly how damaged they were and he said sure, he would go find them. He came back and now he cannot find them - they wouldn’t replace the boards without charging us. Overall would never recommend the dealership for a used vehicle.

The usual back and forth Through text, emails. You read the companies motto but when you actually deal with these guys it all sounds like a bunch of hot air and empty promises. All they care about is making as much money as possible. I noticed the vehicle I was interested in needed new tires and since the tires on this vehicle are on the bigger side I knew the cost would be in the area of $1000 to $1,200 to be replaced. When I questioned them about this the salesman told me the owners didn't want to replace the tires because they felt it was too expensive. So what you're going to sell cars with defective equipment? Isnt that a safety issue? The salesman responded by actually asking me to pay half and they would pay the other half to put new tires on. Ha!

They answered all my questions and we actually bought this suv for our daughter it was easy and they were so helpful would recommend them to everyone

they responded promptly, I did not go there because I bought a van but via text they wished me well and congratulated me. I have a Tundra needing to replace in 3 years, I will look them up again
