Though Court Street Ford didn't open its doors until 1983, our story goes back much further. And it didn't even start with Ford! For over 39 years we have been family owned, and for over 39 years our commitment has been to our customers here in Kankakee County and all over Illinois and the USA. Had it not been for patronage of these people throughout the years we wouldn't have made it this long. We know there are many places to shop for cars, but so many people have made us their destination for over 39 years.

The request to schedule a test drive has been sent two days in advance. The track was not prepared, nobody met you, not even the front desk. Nobody was there. It was dirty both inside and outside, and the back seats were covered with pet fur. The cold-start engine makes a whistling noise from the belt, and the seller told me tha is "normal" for a 20K-mile car, totally out of mind. The salesman told me that the dealer manager is currently driving the truck, and that is why it is not clean and prepared. Totally neglected sales and miscommunication. Please do not waste your time with these dealers and do not make deals with them; they're liars! Normal people should not even visit them.

Buddy we apologize the vehicle was not ready for you when arrived and we did get that truck into detail right away once we realized the circumstances. Not that it makes any difference, we have an outside Business Development center that sets appointments on our behalf and information was not made clear, which led the the situation. If we can be of service in the future we'd love the opportunity to make it up to you. Unfortunately the truck in question sold the next business day after your visit but we do consistently have a number of predriven trucks available.

The vehicle I came to see was not the vehicle that was pictured in your ad
it was in fact a salvage vehicle that was damaged . I drove forty miles to
see what I thought was an undamaged low milage bargain ! The dealer
asked me if I’d buy it if he repaired the damage I declined . Have you ever
heard the term bait and switch? That’s what I feel was presented to me !

Excellent experience. Thoughtful, helpful, and considerate of our concerns/interests. Highly recommend
I scheduled a test drive, met with sales team manager and sales man Joe. All were fun and very engaging with me and my wife. Lots of conversation, felt like driving with family. Was only discouraged that used car was higher mileage and the plug in car was not charged upon arrival. Missed out on it’s battery power potential for test drive. Did not purchase car, but recommend at least a showroom visit, as staff was great to talk with. Thanks

Dealer very responsive, but we ended up looking at a different year vehicle.
Inquired about a Mustang and received emails and phone calls within the next day. The Mustang was exactly what was listed and once arriving from an hour drive, the car was clean and the test-drive was almost immediate. Dealer staff was exceptional and friendly. Eddy was incredible and I would recommend him and this dealer for those looking for a new vehicle!

Back with me first thing. No complaints.
I used Cargurus to establish a list of 8 Ford Rangers at 4 dealers in my area, and after visiting Court Street Ford for the top vehicle on my list, I didn't bother to even look at the rest. The condition, mileage, and price were all exactly as described in the listing. I talked mostly to Travien (Tray) while working out the details of the sale, and to Karen while arranging for a special license plate. They and the rest of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I couldn't have asked for nicer people, and they even arranged to have the vehicle driven to my house. I'll certainly check with them when it's time for another vehicle.

Told there was no rust on truck, drove over a hour to see it. Very visible
rust holes on rocker panels. Very disappointed,waste of gas.
