I did contact Countryside. My salesman name is Geary McWhorter. He was my eyes and ears for this deal. I bought this truck sight unseen because I trusted my salesman. Mr. Geary went way above his duties to make sure I got this truck. Only had 1 glitch however Mr. Geary made it right. I have 5 children 3 boys 2 girls when they are in the market for a new vehicle I will have them to contact Mr. Geary at Countryside. Thank you so much Mr. Geary it was a pleasure working with you. I love my new truck.

The dealership responded back. I really liked this truck but the dealership would not negotiate on the price and there was only the remaining factory warranty still available on this truck. I feel that the price of these truck there should be at least a 10 100,000 mile warranty on these trucks.

Last week (Labor Day) I heard from someone at the dealership, I thought we were moving forward. I told him I would text him the payoff for my trade in since he said he was almost sure I would be able to get out of my current vehicle. I sent the payoff as well as pics of my current vehicle and never heard back from him. So for rating I'll give the average, they get a 5 for reaching out & being friendly and a 1 for leaving me hanging.

Terrible experience and unprofessional. This was a simple transaction no financing but a cash deal, you ask them to send you a out the door quote and they email you a quote and then on a different day send you another one with a higher number and refuse to honor the first one. Sad thing it was upper management who sent out quote. After reaching out to upper management they refused to respond back...This dealership I cannot recommend.

We apologize for the confusion however the sale price quoted, listed on the internet, was the same on both quotes. The difference was in the sales tax charged by 2 different states. The first quote we were told was for an address in South Carolina and the second quote the address given was for the state of North Carolina. The customer's brother called one day and the customer purchasing the vehicle called the next day for a quote. I can only assume this is where the confusion stems from.

They told a lie from the start. The price started out 12,000 dropped to
3,000 dollars. I talked to 5 different people the first person said that was
how they sold cars fast must drop the price way down. The day after I
had to change my appointment day they shot the price back up. When I
talked to them they said it was a computer mistake. My husband had
been told they were crooks. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!

I definitely concede your concerns. We had every car in our inventory priced at $3,000. I feel terrible you had this experience. Great experience and communication. I bought the car I looked at from here, only thing wrong was price. Apparently, you have to look really close at the small print. Advertised a great price on carGurus, got to the dealership and was told that the small print explains the price was reflective of rebates given thru financing with them and trade ins. Nonetheless, they still worked with me on price, and I bought the vehicle.
