I’m very disappointed with Countryside, I saw a 2017 Mkx Lincoln on their lot priced at 11,900, I spoke with a young lady by the name Ree. She told me that it was still available, but it had a mold odor inside it but they was having it detailed. I called her four days straight checking on the car and on the fourth day she told me that they wasn’t going to detail it until Friday, and I told her ok l’ll be there Saturday morning to pay cash, So my wife call Friday, and James who answered the phone said Ree went home sick, so my wife asked James was the car still there he said use then she told him that she was going at cashiers check. So James, calls us Saturday early and told us that the car still had a odor so bad that it could be smelled before you reached the car and he just didn’t want us to drive two hours and not get car because of the smell. But since me and my wife already plan to go, so we rode there anyway, just to see how bad it smelled. Got there they has sold it. They Knew

I give countryside side pre owned a negative 5 star. After talking with the salesman for a WEEK and had a appointment scheduled with several different text messages and emails from the salesman, I drove 97 miles to look at a truck to find that the truck was not on the lot and had been in the shop with issues for several days, I plainly asked what kind of shape the truck was in and was told it was in great shape.
