Ended up buying from them. Sales guy was nice. Finance manager was not. Rather rude and unfriendly. But a reasonable
deal on the car, so can't complain too much.
This dealer is so shady. I was contacted after my inquiry and as we were discussing price I asked about military / law enforcement incentives. Salesman said he would talk to manager - he then got back and said the price was an error online and it was actually $2,000 more but he would honor it. This was a lie because the price said it was overpriced by $1400. I didn’t speak to them for 5 days then they reached out again and when I mentioned the interaction they were rude and said “well our prices must be good if you’re inquiring from a different state!” I would never recommend this dealership, they were rude, sneaky and unprofessional.

This was one of my best experiences w/a dealership. Saul was friendly, engaging, & treated us as if we were his favorite cousins. Highly recommend.
Dealer added on 1000.00 for a GPS i stated many times i didn't want. refused to remove it.
They are pricing the cars to entice buyers only to refuse to remove add ons!! Fraudulant
advertising!!! Very rude and pushy. '"come on, Come on, buy the car, buy the car, come on!
come on!" they talk to you like youre an idiot. would not recommend to anyone to shop here.
Salesman Joe, took my phone out of my hand and started searching through my phone to pull
up their website for a review. They explained that they have to upcharge used cars because
they are loosing money on new teslas. That should not be the buyers problem. Tire plugs
found on front tire, refused to replace even though I offered a compromised on the GPS add
on. Inside of the engine was filty. they also refused to give me the inspection report. Shady
dealer. Would not recommend!

Horrible experience. If you're from out of state
don't even waist your time with this dealership.
They will string you along with various emails
and text messages from "managers" and store
"owners". They had no intentions of selling the
car to anyone out of state. Overall, I will never
contact this dealership again

having advertised in the ad a nationwide delivery service, i was informed that this was incorrect they do not
offer it on this particular car. i really can find better ways to waste my time rather than deal with a rude sales
assistant , as we might call it in the old country. when you dont know what you are stating about the vehicle, it
really calls into question every statement you make

I bought this vehicle!!! Wonderful people and very quickly to respond to any questions or information. I bought the Mitsubishi Outlander because of the price, financing and great service!!
very good service. nice vehicle. ample rest drive time. I had a trade in, but wasn't given a appraisal for it after I asked a few times. they said they'll make it work. but in order for it to work for me, I'll have to know what they would offer. other then not telling me what they would be willing to offer everything else was great. In complete transparency, I wasn't exactly sure which model I wanted S or 3, but knowing I was leaning more towards the S for sure.. Went someone else and they was able to simply give me an offer that I couldn't refuse and I purchased another vehicle at a very comparable price. As an owner of over 30 vehicle in my lifetime I'm kinda to old and experienced to go back and forth. I like to be direct and if it makes sense... great... if not, great.
The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable regards to the vehicle, even called an owner/ personal friend of the same vehicle to get answers and that alone is a great reason to shop here. No pressure h

I founded it real disrespectful they show me the suv the way the got it never intended to clean it and go to service inspection
I didn’t want to go inside the suv so dirty and gross after a test drive I notice I was going to send a lot of money on suspension issues.

This place is a scam. The price of the vehicle is actually ~$2000 more than listed. This is due to a package they "include" in all of their cars. They do not intend to sell the car
at the price listed, there's is a flat markup on all their vehicles. Before they respond, they are not upfront. They hide them until they believe they've made the sale. Again, this is
in their words on all of their vehicles. That means you will never pay the price listed, because that's not the price. Tack on ~$2000(actual amount is something like $1980).
To be clear, they advertise their vehicle for one price on websites like CarGurus. That price means nothing, that is not the price of the vehicle. They will refuse to sell you it at
that price, the car is being advertised for a price that they are not selling it for.

Very nice on the phone and replied quickly. They sent a breakdown of
the purchase and a 13K car would be over 18K to purchase with 3K in

Long story short after agreeing on a price I was presented with the final sales numbers and realized there was an unusual charge of $1998. I asked Zakey and Nick to explain all they kept on saying was a gps tracker and headliner dashboard cleaning. In other words just another way from them to scam you.. they called it “volume promise” I immediately lost all trust and walked out. A very sneaky way of tricking people in a miscellaneous absurd charge. Stay away from these guys

The price you see on CarGurus is NOT the price. You will find that they have "pre-installed" a lot of features that cost you another $2K. Features like a clean, waxed car. That's the cost of doing business. Everybody cleans the car. Plus they add GPS tracking to cover you when your car is stolen. If you do want that feature, it certainly won't cost what they are charging. I did talk them down on it after demanding they remove the GPS. But the experience leaves me desiring my next purchase be from something other than a dealer, and certainly not this one.

Followed up promptly.
I was told on Friday evening 6/29 after 8 pm ( closing time)that the vehicle was there and to come in for a test drive on Saturday6/30. So Saturday I drove over an hour getting to the dealership about 20 minutes after they opened to find out that the car was sold Friday evening. Sure is funny that the car was there at closing but was sold that night. Bad dealership to deal with.

Dealer inspected car, knew it needed new brakes but didn’t inform me. Surprise. Didn’t take any responsibility for the problem either. Wanted me to pay full price for new brakes. Didn’t even offer the 10% discount automatically offered to anyone coming to the dealer for service.

I have an outstanding experience with Continental. From the time they responded to my request to the actual visit. I had an idea what I wanted, but the people who I interacted with, Chance, Martin and the people who greet me, make the difference in buying a Lexus CT200 the same day. Chance Lange, the sales representative, was genuinely attemptive to my questions and concerns and worked to obtain a great deal.
Regarding the car that I purchased, it was exactly as posted in the pictures, and the information was accurate. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Continental as a place to buy a car from.

The dealer contacted us quickly. We went to test drive the car. We liked the car and we bought the car. The people at the dealership were friendly and courteous. The buying experience went smoothly, but we did indeed feel a lot of pressure for upsells. We were pressured into buying an extended warrantee. We caved in to the pressure, because my wife and I do not like confrontation. Therefore, I can only give this dealer 3 stars.
