They were very helpful. I really like the car but it is very far away from where I live. And I do t much like a black interior. But seems like a good deal so I haven’t ruled it out. I’m looking closer to home first but they were very communicative and answered all my questions.
Best experience I've had buying a car. We traded in our Flex and picked up a fusion from their used car inventory. The staff was extremely helpful and professional, if I decide to purchase a new vehicle in the future this is where I will take my business. Thank you also to our salesman!

Good communication
So they had a car online that I was interested in. I called and set up a time I could go see the vehicle. After making an "appointment" started driving. It was a good 90-110 minute drive. So when I thought I was getting close I called to let them know I was close. Then I drove on the lot and asked for the salesman I had been talking to. They had no idea who I was talking about. The salesman I had communicated with was at there OTHER STORE. Another hours drive. By this time I was not in a great mood. So I called the salesman and explained what had happened, he never offered an apology, Or shared fault !!!!
Days later I set out again to go test drive the vehicle. Half way there my wonderful salesman calls me to let me know they sold the vehicle (out from under me). And yes he knew I was on my way. Bad Bad Bad !!!!!!!!!

Sales person was friendly. The problem is financing a truck with higher mileage. Most lending institutions won’t finance these diesel trucks. Also this truck was overpriced about $2500 dollars. The sales guy said they would not come off the price much at all. Check engine light is currently on. But they want top dollar.
I suggest to anyone thinking about purchasing a call from this place that you don't at all because I was cheated out of my money at the dealer bought my number after selling me a car with a cracked radiator in a leaking water pump. Can you block my number and stop answering all my calls and told me it was a great car and had no issues when I purchased it so just take my advice and don't get cheated out of your money please

My experience was wonderful. Jason Duke was my sales representative and he was awesome. He let us check out the car without being down our throats like a lot of car salesmen I have dealt with in the past. He told us a little about himself while we waited on financing details which made him feel a lot more like a friend rather than someone trying to sell us something. He even followed up with us a few days later to make sure we were enjoying our purchase. Jackson is about an hour and a half away from us, but our experience with our salesman definitely made it worth the travel. We would 100% make the trip again! The finance and insurance manager was also great and was willing to do what he could to meet our needs and was able to get us a lower interest rate than our bank! 5 stars for Countryside Chrysler Dodge Jeep.

My salesman was WES!!! And he was absolutely amazing!! My fiancé and I left the dealership super satisfied
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE!!! I called about a truck and they said the advertised price was wrong because they performed $2500 worth of repairs to the vehicle. We finally agreed on a price ($1500 more than advertised) and I secured financing. Check in hand, spoke to my salesman to let him know, I was on the way. One hour into my 2 1/2 hour drive, he calls me back to say they just sold the truck. Who does business like that?

We liked the Jeep, but we found some dents and scrapes that had been badly touched up. The manager was very rude when we brought it up. Said no accidents on the Carfax. But there was bvious damage

I called being upfront with everything because a believe honesty is the best policy. The sales person that I spoke with seemed so nice, but thanked me for being upfront. However, he didn't return the same respect. He told me that he would call me back. I had to call them to find out the he had already left for the day. After asking for a SM I found out that the vehicle that I called about was being advertised on their website and your website as a LIMITED, but I was not. So, it wasn't going to workout for us. It as been a week now and they still haven't corrected their advertisement. I would not recommend them.
