Jack was informed about th cars on the lot, was able to listen to my needs and point me in the right direction as to what would be a good fit. Couldn’t be happier with the car or the service.
The dealership was great to work with! They were very responsive and had no hidden fees. I was an out of state buyer so I was a little nervous they’d add fees when I flew in to close, but they stuck to our agreed price, and I was in and out. They recommended a shipping company and the car got here in flawless condition! I would recommend them to anyone looking for an Infiniti.
The worst experience I've ever had with a dealership.
I arranged a visit with them. Upon arrival, everything seemed normal. I took a test drive and loved the vehicle. When I returned to the dealership, they told me the car had already been sold two days earlier.
I had to drive three hours round trip and miss work, both my wife and I. They are irresponsible and disrespectful of other people's time.
One star is too much for what they did to us.

My experience with Country Nissan far exceeded my expectations.
Everyone there treated me like I was family. Dayna was an absolute
delight follow through on every text and call that I put to the
dealership. Brandon was so personable kind and understanding as
well. Jason the general manager went above and beyond the call of
duty to make this happen despite the circumstances I was in.
Alex also did everything he could to make this happen as well.
everyone there was so kind to me Nick also.
As their motto goes youâll love it here⦠I certainly do.
I felt no pressure in buying the vehicle they were very patient with me I
said think it over let us know they held it for me until I can make the
down payment they were absolutely amazing I couldnât ask for more.
I Highly recommend these wonderful individuals.

Disappointing at best. Car was out for sale with a serious front end problem requiring replacement of plastic body piece. Lots of mixed messages between staff. Spent over an hour waiting for a promised inspection sticker only to be sent home saying The camera they needed to take pictures was not in service. The level 3 car port under the door was damaged and did not close there was tape on it. Hope they improve soon

Very helpful and courteous
I messaged dealer and salesperson reached out over the phone. I inquired about the out-the-door price while bringing up other comparable models in the area to negotiate
on price. Salesperson was aggressively trying to highlight differences in the cars I had for comparison without understanding my needs and price point. Overall conversation
and tone of voice wasn't very professional, I felt pressured so went with another dealer in the area.

We had a great experience at Country Nissan. We traveled over two hours there to find the car we were looking for. Friendly and professional staff like our salesman Nicholas Kane, Mackenzie McGrath in customer service, and Omar Ali their sales manager made the whole process enjoyable and hassle-free. The trip was well worth it. Special thanks to Nick for answering all our questions along the way. The dealership delivered my new CPO vehicle to my door. All-in-all beyond my high expectations. They did return my email but the car was sold. We went up to see
another 2015 Sentra they had and took it for a test drive and liked it. It
had less mileage and was super clean. They were nice people and we
ended up buying it.

Mike was very easy to work with. He was professional. He showed me the different options I requested. He was very knowledgeable about the cars. I would buy with him again and recommended him to a friend.
The financial guy was too pushy .
asking too many questions as to why I didn't want the extra warranty.
Just accept no. Then he made me wait, it felt like I was being punished for not buying the warranty.

I emailed early in morning when I saw transit van on Car Gurus,
computer person emailed me right back for questions. I asked for
inside and outside pictures, since website Picts are often not of vehicle
itself and we live a couple hours away. I had pictures in a few minutes!
Impressive. Drove Transit van that day, made offer, gave me what I
wanted on trade-in. Sitting in driveway right now. Salesman's already
called to see if all's well.

Country Nissans "internet price" was far lower than quotes from dealers in my neighborhood. First time I've bought a new vehicle and been really happy with the deal I got! Was well worth the ride.
