Made an appointment then they left a message because they took a deposit from another buyer the day before. So I never went, I wasn’t interested in a different vehicle.

We always ask a customer to leave a deposit to hold the vehicle for them. Unfortunately the customer was unwilling and the vehicle was sold. We contacted them ASAP so they didn't make the trip to our dealership to see a vehcile that was no longer available. Sorry it didn't work out.

I let the dealer know via email twice the night before that I was coming to test drive the
vehicle in the morning. When I arrived, the person I had been communicating with told
me that he had taken a deposit on the car the day before. We travel 2 hours to get there. I
had already filled out the credit application as well. Very upsetting.

They gave me the keys to take a car for a ride. I couldn’t get back to their place fast enough it was a menace to have the car on the road. Said they hadn’t had it in their shop yet. So why give it to someone to it drive?!! Thought the front end was going to fall off.

Had to wait longer then i should have for test drive & when i got to drive
the truck the gas gauge was bellow empty sales person gave me $20.00
to go to a gas station & put the gas in myself. Then they would not work
with me to buy the truck.

Guy touted the car to drive like new (i know, common..right?!)
…Prior to even leaving lot, the car would SLAM, and i mean
"!!!SLAM!!!" into gear. Car was SHAKING and JOLTING (also,
a common issue with 2008 explorers) Guy told me it was cause
it was a big engine. Umm, dude..THATS called a transmission
issue.. Said he would have his "GUY" look it over. Told him
about it being a common issue. He said he didn't see that info
online. DUDE…ITS ALL OVER THE PLACE...The guy told me
he "thought" the fluid was low. Offered a comprehensive
warranty for FREE for two years for me to sign the deal, right
then and there. Why do i get the feeling they know exactly
whats wrong with it, and they offered that coverage due to the
fact they KNOW the issue is not covered under the warranty…
Clutch sure wasn't covered for the manual transmission under
warranty…so who knows what part of the automatic
transmission was LEFT OUT of the warranty.. Bottom line, had
he acknowledged the issue off the bat, without going in circles
about unrelated car parts being TOO big lol, and actually just
FIXED THE ISSUE, i would have purchased. Car was nice
otherwise, but the shady doings of going about getting a car off
the lot will cause me to never ever go back, and I have already
ran my issue past everyone I know, and the general consensus
is there was some shady shenanigans goin on over at Cos
Central…..
