All the folks in dealership have been good to work with. The car had several issues that they were not aware of that needed to be fixed. They have been good to their word so far and fixed the issues to the best of their ability. The headlights on these cars are a poor design that service technicians cannot fix. I intend to trade/sell the car soon. I would buy another vehicle from Coppus Motors. Kevin was great.

Excellent customer service by Joe! Talk to Joe on the phone in advance. He answers all my questions, concerns and even text me pictures of the truck. I drove over 2 hours from far east side of Cleveland to Tiffin. Absolutely worth the trip we were able to make a deal and everything was professional and fast. Thanks again for the great job!

Coppus manager was very polite and courtesy, afrer I dealt with Joe Hammer his employee, who went above and beyond to get me the best price , Joe also gave me his personnel cell, which we traded text pricing for days and not once did he show any sign of frustration, I highly recomend Coppus Motor, to anyone 5 star businees all the way Go Irish!!

This is a nice van, but we just could not get to my price needed. He did his best, but looking at another similar van, same year with 6000 miles on it, at a much lower price. Plus the lack of Maintenance dealers near me. For this Van.

Salesman Joe Hammer stayed after hours to accommodate my traveling from Columbus; then did not pressure to me to hurry up inspection or test drive, however vehicle ultimately had too many issues.

Rod and the whole bunch are wonderful. They had the car I wanted there and it needed a little service and he was honest with me that it would get taken care of. Finally an honest car salesmen. This is where you want to go to buy a used Mercedes that's for sure.
