The most rude experience of my life from a dealership or any store anywhere for that matter. Extremely disrespectful and condescending. I asked for just $300 off and their doc fee is $600 which everyone in the biz knows is pure bloat. When someone has a doc fee of 125 to 200, you can deal with them. Anything over that and tell them to work it into the deal because it's all bloat. Just bringing the cost back up. I was called and told they won't do it. I said I sold cars and your doc fee is 600, take 300 off and I'll pay the 300 in extra bloat. He quickly cut me off and spoke over me and said you sold cars , oh grrreeaatt in the most condescending AH voice I've ever heard. Telling me he's not lowering the price for what he'll get at auction. It was a trade in. He was already making thousands off the vehicle because you know he ripped off whoever traded it in. I would rather walk or take a bicycle than purchase a car from such incompetence as they treat people like morons.

This dealership has a very active web presence. They
contacted me whilst I was online via chat. And then
reached out to me via my inquiry through CarGurus.
Very helpful... The only downside I noticed is that, the
salesperson told me the car I inquired about was sold
but their website still showed it as available.

I had planned to give dealer, George C. an excellent rating but I see five stars are not
enough. I hope triple A +'s can convey my deep gratitude for his having presented to
me the best Subaru choice I could have made. He was very patient with all my
requests and his knowledge of the Crosstrek leasing particulars and the car itself is
impressive and thorough. I am happy with my Subaru choice. The car seems
phenomenal. George was personable and to do business with him especially as I felt no
pressure to close the deal. Prime Subaru is fortunate to have George on the lot.
My 2019 leased Crosstrek will give me 3 years of safe driving pleasure. Of this I

car that I didn't like or want. Never mind
the salesman and manager were making
gestures behind my back when I was
tslking. Not a good experience. I do
want that used car though....
