Went back to purchase a 2023 Chevy Silverado that was advertised online they did not honor the advertised price they told me that was for a different vehicle even though it was advertised under the vehicle I seen not happy with that as far as I'm concerned that was a way to bait a deal with another truck other than the one I wanted

Sales person contacted me right away (Kimberly). She was professional and helpful. Criticism of the dealership is the vehicle was sold and it is still showing up as available a week later. Poor management.

Drove from Boston to Hyannis , salesman met us in parking lot ,we agreed to take car for a test drive , upon our return everything went downhill , they undervalued our trade in and would not move on their price point we drove over 2 hours only to spend less than 10 minutes negotiating , we left disappointed .. next day we called about registration form left at dealers , again Raul was very as was his manager saying they returned it , again we expressed interest in the car , their response was they hung up
Not sure how this condescending attitude on both salesman and “manager” sells cars with that type of attitude . I would stay away from this dealership . If their nice to you it is because they are taking advantage of your trade in or offer. Do your homework before going to prime Chevrolet in Hyannis mass on the Cape. Very disappointing

I do apologize if there was some confusion regarding the price of the vehicle, but in all fairness the car had not gone through the shop yet and it would be impossible to accurately price a vehicle without knowing what work is needed. I shopped easily online through CarGurus. Found the car & price I wanted. Prime Chevrolet got back to me promptly via my email. They had car clean and ready for a test drive for my set appointment. Purchase was smooth with Florin in sales! Amen.

Caitlin responded quickly to my inquiry which kept me interested in the car. She then
got me in touch with Dave Essa who specializes in Corvettes so that was a big plus.
We were able to come to an agreed price over the phone and seal the deal. Dave also
setup arrangements to transport and register car which worked out well. I'm very
pleased with Prime Chevrolet and it's staff and highly recommend this dealership.

Very nice place to get a car
I was looking for a very specific Silverado 1500 (particular options) and
found this vehicle. My contact with Dick Beard Chevy was all good, from
initial contact on-line with Mackensie, to Anthony and Keith. They were
helpful and not pushy. We ended up buying the Silverado and although
this dealership was an hour and a half (75 miles) away, it was worth the
travel (in New England, we joke about traveling more than 30 miles as a
'day trip').
Got the vehicle I wanted, at the price I liked and was treated well every
step of the way.
