I am very sorry that this happened to you and we are working to correct the communication line better. We are not a Dodge/Ram franchise so getting the off brand vehicles to another franchice locations is a bit of a task currently and customer pay at their locations seems to be priority. With that said the recalls on this truck are scheduled and we can certainly let you know when completed if you like? Again, we are very sorry for the misunderstanding and we will seek to improve our processes in the future.

Bought the truck and had a very comfortable and social interaction with the sales person Kass and several of the other members of the team including the owner of Cooper Ford. They went so far as to prep the truck so that I could drive it home and had two of their people drive my car to my home with a coutesy van following, a trip of over and hour. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone

Very Friendly
Dealer was responsive but did not pester. Mileage post on the car was incorrect. Ad says 30K. Actual is 47K. That make a significant difference in valuation.

A very misleading dealership. The price on CarGurus is not a valid price. When you call them they say they don't know where the price came from. I would not recommend
this dealership. They had a Ford Cargo van listed for roughly $30,000 but when you call them in my case to actually buy the van they stated they don't know where that price
came from and can't sell it for that and that the price was $5k to $8k more and then started dodging my calls. Even days after texting them picture of the listing is was still not
removed.

A small town dealer with a small town attitude. No pressure, not fancy, but genuine people. It happened that Mr. Cooper waited on me himself. It just happened that way. I told him what I was interested in, and what I could afford. He made every effort to satisfy my needs. I could not turn down his offer on the vehicle I wanted. I got a great car, and my wife, the comptroller of the family, was ecstatic.
