We bought the car with no check engine light on. They delivered it to my house an the check engine light was on. Found out that the catalytic converters had been changed by previous owners. Which we where not told up front about. An the dealership didn't want to pay for it to be fixed so we gave them the car back.

I was interested in a Jeep that Conklin had for sale. The salesman said he drove it and it over heated. I asked him to call me when they figured out the problem. The Conklin salesman never called me back and now I see the Jeep has been sold.

Compared a deal on an LTZ this dealer had on their website vs an LTZ 1 year newer at another dealer. I gave this dealer, (the GM) every bit of information possible in an effort for a chance to win my business but they still came in $1,400 higher and weren’t willing to budge. This said I went ahead and purchased an LTZ from another dealer and will never do business or allow my friends to do business with this dealership.

Mike our salesman was great. Showed us the truck and help set up our phone to it plus showing me how things work.l would recommend seeing Mike again.

Could not agree on a price, but they were very helpful and understanding.

I drove from Oklahoma to buy my truck from Conklin Ford because they had a great price advertised for it. Everything went well and was done correctly when I got there.

They sent me a letter stating they needed my Trailblazer because of high demand. I bought it from them years ago. I want a Jeep. So I emailed them to do a trade. I could not get them to give me a value for my Trailblazer. Even though it was in such high demand. I'm too busy for games and gimmicks. Sad to treat a repeat customer this way.

We didn't end up buying a car there, but I can say it was not because of the people at Conklin's. They were more than helpful than necessary. Ten years from now when I need a new car I will look them up.

Worked well on trying to get me the info I wanted excpet forgot 1 major detail, avoided answering if it had a sunroof. Right before I left to drive 2hrs to see it, I called to verify, yeh it did NOT have a sunroof. So I stayed home
