Very poor experience. Terrible communication.
Car was advertised as available. Reached
dealer- waited 15 min and was told the car
was purchased by an employee. Asked to see
another car that was similar. Asked to wait
another 10 min the informed that the other car
has also been purchased by same employee
for a family member. The issue is not that the
car was purchased by an employee but the
poor communication all around.

Bait and switch. List great deals to get you there and then tell you the car is salvage even though that's not how it's listed. You the run around from "Sandra" but she sure sounds just like the girl that works there. Was told they told get back to me cause it took a day to process my credit app and car could be sold so I drove the hour and a half to get there cause they said it could be sold. Completely wasted my time as the car was cash only cause of supposed junk title. Don't waste time. They don't care and they'll just screw you around.

Everybody there was very helpful and pleasant.
Wow, CarGurus asking for this review may have unleashed a bombshell. The God's honest truth is our sales person was the meanest, nastiest, most incompetent salesperson we've ever had. We went up there fully expecting to buy this car. She made a "typo" quoting a price to us in email and had us drive 45 minutes, only to berate us for attempting to negotiate a price after her error. She ended up yelling at us and basically *unsold* the car, as we wanted to buy it. We didn't even get to test drive it. Given our trade-in quote we were still ready to buy. My son wanted the car. But she was so verbally abusive that we just weren't going to do business there, and I'll never step foot in a Conicelli dealership again. If you shop there bring a shrink with you. Everyone involved may need it.
Appeared to be understaffed but sales person, Dave became very helpful
when he determined that we were serious about the car we wanted to buy.
They were helpful in the financing process. However, I was a bit
disappointed that they would sell a car with so much wear on the tires.
Would not budge on putting new tires on the car,

Salesman was great (Jarrel) dealership - not so good- car has a broken reflector light and some scratches- dealership totally wouldn’t address fixing- Cost them the sale, as we liked the car

Unpleasant, felt like I was being held hostage by finance people. After agreeing to pricing on a vehicle, providing a credit card to put down a deposit, getting financing approved, I waited 2 hours for the finance person. Note - there was only one other customer in the dealership. After 2 hours, it was 8 at night, I suggested that I had to leave and that I would be back in on Saturday to complete the transaction. When I called to confirm a time on Saturday, I received emails and texts from the dealership suggesting they already sold the car. I would never go back to that dealer and would not consider recommending them.

Great! They worked extremely hard to try and get me the deal I wanted. However, it was not within my budget plan therefore I had to pass. Although it didn't work
for me, I would recommend their service because the use car manager customer service was superb!

When my Husband and I went there Al Turner was waiting for us he
took me the the car I request to see on line I went for test drive like the
car very much only thing car didn’t have was GPS so if I buy the car I
would not be able to find my way home but Al decided to excort me
and my husband home thank you Al and everybody who work there you

Had to do a lot of chasing the salesperson around, too many phone calls and after being told I had an approval loan, I then received a letter from financing that I had not obtained the loan. Have not heard from the dealership since. Complete let down

Received quick response but was told car advertised was to be sold at auction in near future, offered to buy same day but was refused and in exchange was pressure pitched into buying a car at much higher price with monthly payments... I saw all of this as a "bait and switch" deal. Was attempting to buy a low cost car, not take on monthly payments. In my opinion, bad business dealings. Won't be checking them out any time soon.

It was a very professional experience. Maybe a little slow as the salesperson

The dealership responded quickly and although we didn’t purchase a car from them I did appreciate the good customer service. We didn’t purchase from them because of the distance. They are almost 100 miles away and we found a car at a local dealership.
Dealer responded...I answered Two questions if the car was available and what are their dealer fees? Answered only the first. I asked again about Four more times and the question was never answered eventhough they did respond to all of my emails asking if i can come in. But for me I like to come in knowing what I have to pay before hand so i dont waste my time or theirs. I am assuming their fees are too high to give a straight answer.

Lauren contacted me quickly and was helpful. Car was a mess. Was told it had scratches on front and back (it did - severe gouges on front but also deep scratches on sides). Also had a mismatched tire on front driver's side that was going flat.
Basically this Dealership sold this car on me knowing I was coming up to buy it. Emails, phone calls , & a price was agreed upon . While I was on my way to this dealership I was called to say someone else was there buying it . Meanwhile I was not allowed to put down a deposit .. it is not their policy on used cars . I thought going through a legit dealership was the way to go but I was wrong . Bad business .. I will never ever deal w Conicelli ever again ..I was offered another vehicle that was similar but "really " .. please don't insult me

Very nice people. Good price for good car!
Was not happy with the dealership because we test drove the vehicle in
question. The dealer told us that the vehicle had a clean car fax. Tried to
start to talk pricing and when we noticed at the end that the rear of the car
had a dent in it and rust was showing on a portion of where it was
damaged. The dealer told us that if we bought the car they would remove
the rust and pull out the dents but never offer to replace the panel which
would of costed much more. We were not interested in the vehicle because
of the questionable accident that was not reported on the carfax. We said
that if it was fixed and we saw that it was fixed with no visible issue we
would then consider looking at the car again. We were told then that they
would be fixing it the next day. Two days later we get a call from the dealer
asking if we were still interested in the vehicle. We said did you fix the dent
and issues. He mentioned no it is going to be done the next week. Lets just
remember that the car in questions has been listed for over 44 days on
cargurus. The dealer was never going to fix the damage and was hoping
someone would not notice it and sell the vehicle. At the price that the car is
being offered for you would expect the dealer to take the time and fix
something instead they were more interested in hoping no one would
notice the damage. One last thing at the end when I decided we were not
interested in the vehicle I was asked to talk to the manager of the
dealership. Unfortunately he was busy with a customer so I waited for
about 10 minutes when the salesperson decided to go in the back to talk to
someone in the back room. I see the person they talk to in the back room
peak out the window and look at me and then tell him no need to talk to
me. We wound up buying a car at another dealer where they were more
helpful, honest and upfront.

Received an e-mail with a great price and bought the car!! They treated me
great when I went to pick it up, all the paperwork was filled out in advance
and I essentially signed and drove home with a new car. Very transparent,
best new car buying experience of my life.

Internet price is Different from what they have on the car. They when mention it they pretend they are doing you a Favor giving it to you or dropping it to the advertised internet price. The car are already overpriced and then when you some money taken off for a scratch or dent they pretend it's already a good deal. Definitely wouldn't recommend

A sales representative contacted us about the vehicle and we scheduled
to come in and see the vehicle on a specific date and the dealership
placed the vehicle aside for us to view. While we were on our way we
called to check that the sales representative was still staffed on the date
since we had been communicating with them. Upon speaking to a
representative (receptionist) we were told that the vehicle was sold out
from under us two days prior despite being told it was on hold for us to
come in that day. Very poor business practice and misleading the
customer from the onset is in very bad form right out the gate. Will not do
business with this dealer because of this now.

It was prompt and very helpful.
I had overall very good experience. I was contacted back within a couple
of hours and had multiple conversations with dealer. I flew from Atlanta to
PA to purchase car and did buy. I wasn't very happy that back hatch
privacy cover was broken and a few door dings, nothing terrible, however
I had asked to know anything like that and was told car was totally "spot
on". I almost flew back to Atlanta, but decided to get and this was only
reason not a 5 star experience. Deal on car was obviously very good,
since I flew and then drove home 12 hours.

Very pleasant experience purchasing our CRV. The price was unbeatable and they are still fixing some of the issues we found with a used car. Hope their follow up repairs are also a pleasent experience.
