I was greated y upon arriving. Found a car I was looking for. The car was more expensive that another I was looking at. The car I saw was perfect except the car color. It was also 2 years older and cost the same as the the car I was looking at. I chose the other car. They were quite upset at me and began putting the pressure on me.

The price is advertised as $58,977…. but when you get there, they immediately point to the windshield to show you the “add-ons” and use it as an excuse to jack the price back up to $64k. The salesman that I dealt with was very personable and a very great guy. Wish I could’ve bought a truck from him.
Will was very responsive - friendly & pleasant. We did a video call to get more familiar with the car - he listened to our questions and provided detailed responses. Ultimately we decided to go with a newer vehicle closer to our home, but we would absolutely consider this dealership again based on our experience.
I called ahead and said that I probably wouldn’t be able to get there until close to the closing time and the Internet sales manager answered the phone and told me not to worry at all even if I don’t get there until right at 8 o’clock they would happily be waiting for me
I got there and there was no one waiting for me no one knew I was coming and that sales manager had left and gone home for the evening and did not tell anybody to expect someone driving 45 minutes one way to try to get there in time to look at a vehicle that evening

The salesman Jeffery Lemon was excellent but the finance guy was bad and they didn’t have a delivery person to show us everything about the vehicle. This is the first car I’ve bought that there wasn’t a person to help set up things on the car and explain evrrything

appointment they called to make sure I was still coming, I was. 10
minutes later they called and said they just sold the car they were

Alex (the car dealer we worked with) was friendly, professional and dare I say it? Honest! Yes! For the first time in the over 23 yrs my husband and I have been purchasing cars/trucks/SUV's together, we had the pleasure of working with a friendly, honest car dealer!
We highly recommend asking for Alex if you are in the market for a vehicle!
The SUV we were interested in had been moved to another dealership but the SUV we bought (that Alex recommended) was lower in price, fewer miles, same yr and same make/model! In our mind, we got a better deal and absolutely love our new (to us) SUV!

Dealer contacted me back. I went to look at the truck and it was sold. I spoke with a guy who I gave the name of the salesman I was dealing with. They seemed confused and seemed lost. They didn’t offer to show me anything else just said sorry it’s sold. See ya. I mean at least act like you want to sell something.
Contacted first thing in the morning. Was told car is available. I asked multiple questions as I was out of state and wanted to be sure the car met my expectations. After asking all the questions was responded with “price is firm” ... Insaid mo problem. If everything I asked gets answered and I’m happy with it price isn’t an issue. Then it was we have a customer on it.
Out of state buyers, don’t waste your time. Lazy sales staff.

Well honestly when i walked in i felt very unwelcomed i had already spoke to the dealer through phone letting him know i was interested in this vehicle and when i walked in looking for the person i spoke to through phone it felt like if he was pretending not to know which car i was talking about and i let him know half a day before going there make me an appointment early in the morning to see the vehicle and he did and i got ther like at 9:40 AND HE HAD ALREADY SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE i did. A long trip for nothing waste of time very unsatisfied

They sold me a damaged car. I bought a clean carfax Corrolla 2020 as a used car. After a month I hit a deer and go to a body shop. The guy says that my car has been already hail damaged badly and repaired in an absolutely crude way. So so so disappointed. Hudiburg did not disclose it to me. Had I known, i would have never bought that car.
UPDATE: talked to the manager, Greg. He says this is common!! and they take no responsibility for the damage! They have obviously made 4 holes on the roof (which I had not seen trusting them) weakening the roof + visible dents!!
I suggest before giving them 5 stars, take your car to a body shop, service center, etc. They are absolutely dishonest.

Nice vehicle and reasonable priced, but tried to get me in a deal I didn't want. Typical used car dealer. Didn't live up to their reputation one bit! And the vehicle had the check engine light on but couldn't tell me why it was on. For that fact too, I passed.
Well I already had financing on my own.
They told me that they 48 lenders yet
ended up using mine. Told me my trade
has hail damage it doesn't. Told me had
bad right front tire and tire is brand new
had it rechecked at Hibbdons.. We were
850 dollars away from deal and offered no
solution with financing or cash down. I
have bought a lot of new cars and was
disappointend that never made it pass
first salesman. It was a great truck.

Disappointed in service- just really wanted to look at car- didn’t happen, left without seeing car after being there 25 minutes
The experience was excellent. The final price was well below any other dealer I contacted. We were able to set everything up on the truck purchase on the internet and over the phone the day after I first contacted them. The salesman assigned was helpful and was able to answer my questions. I flew into Oklahoma City and was met at the airport by the salesman with the truck I was interested in.
The paperwork required only a couple of minor corrections and my financing through GM financing was already approved. The paperwork was completed and I was on my way home in my new truck with-in 90 minutes.
I would recommend Hudiberg to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

The salesman made my deal go through quick and easy.
This car was advertised inaccurately once I drove and looked at it. They advertise this as a Premium when the Carfax says something different. The sales staff only wants to get you there to try and sale you something else. When I called them out that the advertised vehicle was not the car in the lot they claimed it a clerical error. There were like three different clerical errors with different things while onsite. I would stay away!

What a great experience. I booked a flight to go purchase a car and my connection flight was delayed because of a bad storm. They stayed after the normal business hours to wait for my flight to arrive and even came out to pick me up at the airport.

This dealership is 500 miles away from my home but I will be back for future purchases. Service is unmatched and prices are great!

Deal was terrible. Drove 35 miles to look at it and when we got there the sales man made anexcuse that the car was in the shop. The next day I called see If I could come see it and the guy sold it... Very poor customer service.

When I called, they were kind, but told me they needed to call me back. Didn’t hear back from them for about 4 hours and they hadn’t checked the specific question I had about the vehicle in the first place. Then he called again and the vehicle was “just sold”. They reached out a couple weeks later asking me to check their website for new inventory.

Typical car buying experience. Make sure to watch the numbers. They showed what my payment was going to be and it was $20 a month higher then it should have been. The finance guy said it was a mistake in the numbers and corrected it. Just watch your numbers and question everything that doesn’t look right.
I drove over eight hours to purchase this vehicle, and I would do it agin!! From my salesman Jeffrey to Quin in finance I was treated wonderful. I was not pressured, and the purchasing information I was given over the phone did not change when I arrived. This dealership is worth your time and money... check them out!!!

We drove a bunch of used vehicles here, they have a huge selection, which is great and reasonably priced too. Over 300 cars to choose from. It's non negotiable on the pricing. Sales person was ok. It's more like grocery shopping here. You need to know what you want before you get there.
They will take you on a test drive and when it's over it's just get the sale completed for them.
We had a vehicle picked out and yet they still do the back and forth with the manager even though you're not able to negotiate. Then we had to go over to financing where we could finish but waited for nearly an hour for someone to come help us. The dealership closed down while we were waiting and by 9:45 at night we were done waiting and decided to leave. Still nobody came to even check on us or tell us they would be with us. The sales guy just passes you of when his part is done.
We went elsewhere to purchase a few days later.

I contacted the dealership via email. They knew from my quote and my details that I was
in Colorado and they replied asking if I could stop by their dealership the next
day.....really? They are located in Oklahoma. So then they requested photos of my trade
and after I sent them in I never heard back from them ever again. Poor customer service

Dealer responded to my inquiry, but did not address the questions that I had. We went to the dealership to see
the car, and were told that it was "out for detail" and not on the lot. We looked at a different car but did not buy.
A few days later I received a follow-up email from the salesman saying that the original car had been detailed
and was available on the lot. We did not go back to look, as we had found another car of interest in the mean
time. Salesman was very responsive to my emails and requests for info outside of the original Carguru
message.

Hudigurg was very cooperative. A different dealer offered me more for
my trade is the only reason I did not buy this vehicle.
One salesmen told me the truck I wanted was for sale before the dealership was even open for business, I called the dealership three minutes after they opened and it was still available. Then as I was speaking with a salesmen/Sales manager and had told them to put a deposit on it with my name, 45 minutes before, they tell me it’s been sold. Great work guys. Not.

Had most of the deal worked out before my son even walked in. There was zero having to negotiate on the price because the price was already priced low. The salesman, Derrick Mason was the easiest person I have ever dealt with.
We told him what we were looking and he showed us five different cars, both
new and used. He didn't push us on anything. The closer tried to sell us on
different warranties and pushed a little bit, but nothing really hard. All in all
our experience at Hudiburg was the best car buying experience I have had.
The car didn't look like the ad. They had took the rims off the car and didn't want to replace them or fix the things that I saw wrong with the car. I don't want to give them 1 star, but you have to give them something to post this. And they said they sold the car and the car is still sitting on the cat lot. Liers!

My phone rang the morning after my contact at 8:30 A.M., even thought I

They were friendly and worked hard to get me a deal, but they sold me a car with no dome light (I didn’t notice it during the test drive and it wasn’t on the Car Facts report), and the windshield wiper fluid will no spray. Bethany called me and set me up an appointment with Ken. I was grateful he was willing to see me even though I get off work late. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Although the deal didn’t work out right then, i am going to do what we planned on so that i can come back and finish up the deal and get the truck I’ve always wanted. They would have gotten 5 stars but the vehicle was dirty on the out side and was the gas gauge was on empty. We just bought a $15,000 automobile and they wouldn't wash it nor put gas in it. That makes u feel like they didn't appreciate our business.

They responded quickly to my questions
The car I went to test drive was filthy! It smelled so bad inside it that I was literally unable to leave the parking lot in the car. There was visible spills and stains. They knew I was coming and made NO effort to clean up the car. The salesman helping me seemed to be not fully informed about several vehicles on the lot.

I went to the lot knowing that I was gonna buy this car, but they didn't know that. I did not like my salesmen, he had t asked me my name or anything really about me until it was time to do paperwork, and I had agreed to buy the car. The finance guy was really cool and easy going, until I told him I didn't want the extra warranty. I just didn't like the way they did business. Buying a car is a big decision and a costly investment, I feel like they should be a little more personable. Also I've always been given a full tank of gas when buying a car, and they gave me the car at a quarter tank.

I guess after running my credit they didn't want
to have to 'work' in getting me into a vehicle. The internet sales
manager never returned my call, I had to call
them to find out they couldn't help me. Very
unprofessional.

I did buy a truck, the sales men was amazing! The financial guy was rude, i didn't even finance with them, If you buy a vehicle there, Finance with someone else so you don't have to talk to them. They're all in sports jerseys and people walking past you are just rude. Like i said the sales men was AWESOME! Wouldn't have anyone else, Just the rest of it was uncomfortable and felt unwelcome.

Very friendly, cooperative people. Love the car I got. Very good service from the Suburu side of the dealership. The salesman sat down in the car with me and went over each and every system and feature, before I drove off in the new car. Never had a dealership do that before.

After emails & a phone conversation, I drove 20 miles to test drive a Vibe with the advertised 20 K miles - it was on 3 different sites, including their own. What i saw was a beat up vehicle with 70,600 K miles. Didn't get in and wouldn't look at the Chevy's they tried to sell me - i left mad.
