Nice people. Good place to buy a car. If you’re going go to a dealership to buy a new or used car, you have to be willing to accept the processes that come with shopping at a dealerships. Concord Nissan has plenty of options and plenty of nice people that are immediately ready to help you get what you’re looking for.

I had great customer service on the phone with follow up and then when at the Nissan
Concord, they were very friendly and professional. I did buy this car, three days after
my first contact. I am pleased with the service I get from the car. It is a small car but
big enough for my needs, for now. In the future, I will get a different and maybe a
hybrid car.
Thank you Nissan Concord, specifically: Faisal, Tristan, Julian and Q. I am driving my
2021 Chevy Spark. I recommend the dealership Greatly!

Tristan took care of all of the paperwork and everything so pretty much all I had to do was show up, test drive the car and
then finish up the paperwork with the finance guy. Finance guy of course tried to talk me into purchasing the extended
warranty, (which I couldn't afford), but thankfully he wasn't too push about it.

Hi. I bought it and I love it! I had been looking at fiat 500e(s)for a couple months. They are selling very fast maybe because of climbing gas prices and lots people working from home instead of commuting. So I didn’t go in thinking I would buy it. When I saw it, I loved it. I wanted to charge the full amount on my credit card but nope, they said they needed a cashiers check. I wanted to put down a $2500 non refundable deposit and come back same day 4 hrs later but they said used cars are first come first serve no deposits. I asked if I could do a direct bank transfer, nope. My only other option was to finance the car because I was in a hurry to get to work. So I made a $18k decision in 15 min! The pics actually didn’t do it justice. Bob Murray is the guy who sold it to me. I hit him like a tornado but he handled me. Everyone was super helpful. I guess the car was so new to the lot that they hadn’t had a chance to detail it so they offered to let me come back to get it properly detail

Concord Nissan was very responsive and friendly and made my experience fast and easy. Zachary went above and beyond answering all of my emails quickly and made sure I had all the information I needed. I had a limited amount of time to buy the car and they were more than accommodating. Moe was very straightforward and helpful with the paperwork and put me at ease as a first time buyer. The entire office had a good vibe and were respectful and not pushy. I recommend Concord Nissan they were great.

Best customer service I had ever received in a car dealer very friendly, very professional. 100 % I recommend this dealership.
They offered me WAY below even what book
value was for my car. They looked up the car fax
and blew the minor accident that happened
before I got the car way out of proportion saying
that’s the reason they can only offer me what they
said. Not to mention they tried reason that
because it was an out of state car they said they
had to “change the catalytic converters.” All the
other places in CA that I had gone to NEVER
mentioned that. They were just trying to validate
their reason for their low ball offer. It was very
insulting.

Will never do business with them. I was emailing them for a week just to make sure the truck was still available before going there since we were driving from an hour and half away. We get there and they tell us they can’t sell it to us because it’s a fleet vehicle. Wish I would have been told this during all the email conversations we had. They offered to fill up my tank but I had filled up just to go there.

"several days ago", even though
the car was still on their website. When I commented to the sales
person about their poor customer
service, the guy just shrugged his

I am sorry but I will not deal with those folks again. They sold my dream vehicle to another person with out telling me. The sales associate had me wait four days for a contract to arrive but it never did. He would not answer his cell phone. When I finally called the office he told me it was wholesaled because the manager did not want to deal with shipping it to me. Then I talked with a manager and found out it was retailed to another individual. SO SAD! I wasted another persons time to go to the place and test drive it and inspect it on my behalf. Not to mention my hopes of getting the vehicle I was looking for three years. They never contacted me via the intranet.

Called them emailed them did get a response here and there tried to buy a
trans am from them the said they work with people credit score from 400 -
800 and for some reasons they told me to get my own financing because
I lived in Wisconsin did k is where my loan application was so I just
decided not to buy from them and bought one closer to home... Great
price on there trans am which I could have bought there but very happy
with the one I bought

Based on actual face-to-face contact, sale man deserved a five star
rating. Actual status of car didn't match web advertisement for it. Did
not turn out to be a Honda certified car. Lowers my rating to three
stars.

APR and for the purchase price of the new vehicle, and the staff
were very pleasant. The negotiation was cordial and low pressure. I
