I emailed this dealer for the vehicle I was interested in for some initial questions before moving into telephone talks. I sent an inquiry with a few questions they chose not to answer any of the questions but gave me a option and informed me they would like to switch to text message. Of course on the back with no let's keep it email at this point
Did not get another response from them or any indication that they would be interested in answering my simple initial questions via email.

Terrible. I told them I was traveling from Des Moines, IA to Lincoln, NE to look at the vehicle. They said great, see you tomorrow. We I got there they said the car was sold the day before. Blamed AI for their poor communication, and appeared indifferent. I’ll never do business with this place again

The experience was great. They were very willing to work with us for a couple of issues we found with the car. They were very straightforward. Refreshing in today’s culture. It was a quick and smooth transaction, and we have the title already, less than two weeks later.

Wanted info online on car they had for sale. Would not give any information online. They required a person to come and see vehicle in person and then give information.

Bought it! I'd give a five, but only Jesus get's a 5 out of 5 or ten out of ten. I will say that Will the
salesman was a saint to deal with. Gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. Gave everything he
promised and a price to match. I live 77miles from dealership, but worth the drive.
I was looking for a clean and cared for used work truck. I’ve never bought a vehicle that I have looked at on line. It’s always to far and they can’t hold it until you get there. I’ve always trusted to go in person and look for myself. Your always thinking why couldn’t that vehicle be a little closer to home.
I’m old school but decided to get on the bandwagon and try the technology we have today. I contacted Conciergo Auto in Nebraska on one of their trucks. I asked for pics and videos and service records and carfax for the vehicle and they delivered. They were easy to to do business with and they are shipping the truck to my front door. Check back in about 6 months and I let you know how things went, so far it’s been awesome. It’s all you can ask for.

This is one of the best automotive dealers that I have ever worked with. The Ridgeline is like a new truck.we took it to our personal mechanic after the sale to have it checked and it was in excellent condition just as the dealer described. we couldn't have been any happier.
