The internet sales person did not answer any of my questions which I stated would be virtual the entire process. She responds by asking when I can come in for a test drive?? Never heard back from her!!

Saleswoman (Kimberly) gave us excellent service. Two trucks met our
criteria and were close to competitors pricing, but finance person was not
willing to negotiate to close the deal. They had not yet been
cleaned/detailed. Decided to look around a little more if we were going to
have to pay window price and bought elsewhere. But I would certainly rate
Kimberly as going above and beyond for us ... anything she couldn't answer,
she either researched or contacted someone in the dealership for answers.
Very nice personality also. Prompt follow ups. Not overbearing.
