It was like pulling teeth to get information out of anyone. I had to do most of the leg work myself and could barely get answers without sending multiple emails to them. I’ll go somewhere that wants my business.

Sold car before I could get there but these guys provided 5 star customer service and called back every time I had a question. I had previously purchased a car from their acton store and their business models are a carbon copy. I would highly recommend this company.

Was not impressed with their finance department. Salesman was great, but they pulled a bait and switch on me when I went to sign my paperwork. Gave me one payment then when I came back to sign for the truck they increased that payment by $100/month. Then tried to talk me into the higher payment. They also added tons of charges that they tried to hide. Once I told them I was going to buy another truck they magically came down to the original payment. NOT RECOMMENDED!

The dealer contacted me the same day, with an email, I asked if they could send me a picture of the Auto, I did Not hear back from them for a full day. During that Day, I found another dealer and purchased a Vehicle. They were very slow in responding.

Absolute worst experience ive ever had at a dealer in my life. No communication between myself and anyone in that building. Waited a week for any type of answer and when i finally got an answer, they made me wait longer. Everytime i would call they would say "we will get right on it and call you back in 3p minutes " never once in the maybe dozen times i was told that did they ever call back. Ended up going elsewhere. Got the same exact model lease for $30 cheaper and had it in less than 24 hours. Will never attempt to do business with this dealer ever again in my life. Buyer beware.

typical dealership. What they have is worth the asking price and your trade is not. They all want something for nothing. That being said they were polite and courteous.

talked with sales person, very rude, talked back, did not want to answer simple questions regarding the car. i guess they dont want out of state bussiness
