Messaged the dealership to get some more information about a 4Runner they had posted and to see if I could get pictures sent to me as well. Received a response very quickly with all the info I asked for and a bunch of pictures as well. The vehicle didn't end up having what I was looking for, but great communication from the dealership!

Was not cooperative at all could of been more polite the salesman was very good but his hands were tied the business manager was rude and very bad with his appearance. He needs some public relations training too HARSH

They were NOT willing to deal, one phone call
No negotiation they were firm on the
price,playing games with my trade doesn’t help
sell cars especially when you offer 30,000 cash
And the dealer has had the vehicle for sale for 6
months! Good luck selling that auction vehicle!

canned response. He did not have the exact car I was looking for but asked
what exactly it is and offered to look into finding it. I think that is great!! Very
helpful so far.

Contacted the dealer about a car listed on CarGurus.com and on its own website. Was told the car was sold. Two days later, the car was still listed, so I called again, thinking maybe the buyer backed out. No. It was sold. In light of how long it takes to complete car-buying paperwork anymore, the time it takes to remove a listing is nothing and shouldn't be put off -- unless you are trying to bait-and-switch.

Zero willingness to negotiate on an overpriced car, price went UP $1000 once I was interested even though it had already been on the lot for 2 months and they were “ready to send it to auction”. I’ve driven Toyotas almost my whole life and never had such a bizarre experience as this one. I don’t recommend them!
