Terrible experience over the phone. The person I spoke with had zero enthusiasm and acted like they couldn’t care less about helping me. No energy, no effort to answer questions, and definitely no attempt to make a sale. It felt like I was bothering them just by calling. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how bad the in-person service is. I won’t be doing business with them.
Everyone was great to work with and if they did not know something they went above and beyond to find out! From Donna who answered the phone when I first called to Carlos the car salesman I primarily worked with and even the finance manager Peter and the sales manager Paul! Trading in my car could not have been any easier!

Prompt, professional, and courteous. I drove 2 hours to make my purchase. No pressure sales or games. This is a car dealer who truly wants to help their customers find the right vehicle. I will be back for other purchases.

The Dealer I spoke with was very professional and courteous. However, the vehicle I wanted (Vehicle A) had been sold! The Dealership offered other vehicles but did not meet everything I was looking for as in vehicle A. I have since found another vehicle.

Truck was sold before I got there, dealer let me know saving me a long drive, and have been updating me on other possibilities as well.
