Finally found a dealer who answered my questions and provided an options that I needed. I was looking for a no-frills work truck, which is surprisingly difficult to find, and Collection Auto Import had several on the lot and I took my pick! If you need a “work truck” this is probably your best option.

Fair negotiation, the vehicle condition surprised me for the asking price. Other dealers have vehicles similar for 4K more expensive. I hope I can keep this vehicle for long time.

This is the third vehicle that I have purchased from them for my company. They make the transaction very simple if I'm paying outright or financing.

Horrible response time had to Waite untill the next business day for a reply only after reaching out again did I finally get a response. If you want to trade in your vehicle take the advice they gave me to sell it on your own for a better deal. I will never consider doing business with this dealer.

Bought a 2018 F350 from Sam, he was by far the coolest guy i've ever met buying a used truck. I came late monday evening around 6:15 after they had already closed. I was looking at the truck and Same asked if I had any questions and helped me out. I didn't ask for the keys but he brought it out. I work at a diesel shop and was checking the truck out and found minor stuff that normal wear and tear but overall it was a clean truck and priced cheap as hell..... we took it for a spin and I immediately knew this was the one for me. He waited till 9:30 for me to get my financing all arranged and insurance etc... I will be coming back here again for future purchases.

I would not recommend anyone to this dealership the only thing I like the salesperson and manager was nice and friendly but I know that's what they have to do to get a vehicle sold within 45 minutes of me buying the vehicle driving two hours back home the check engine light came on and I told the dealer when I called them back what was happening and the only thing they told me was to call my warranty company.. they didn't even change the oil once they purchase the truck I feel every dealership used cars should definitely at least change the oil and do the minor maintenance on vehicle before they put a price on them to sell them clearly which this dealership did not do the catalytic convertible was even cut off underneath the truck and it was pipe brand I didn't even look under the truck before I farted which I should have but that's something a dealership should have done also..

Have went by 2 times to see a truck that’s advertised. Both times the truck has not been there. And all I want to do is see it. They didn’t put pictures of interior online. And all they can say is to make an appointment. And asked how I planned to pay for it. Really just wanted to see it. Thanks but no thanks.

Everything was clicking along nicely until Jon told .e there was a sale pending and just dropped off the radar. At that point, I texted and called multiple times in an attempt to put myself in a backup position (or to have the dealer try to find me another truck). I never received another response. Jon had given me his sales manager's phone number. I tried that number several times; the mailbox was full. I really wanted this truck (or a similar truck) and was prepared to pay cash, as I told Jon. Very frustrating to get no reply to all my emails and calls.

The car that I was looking at was very over priced and the dealer was not willing to negotiate and the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1star is because of the quick reply.

Pretty good experience. Truck was in good shape but did have an issue where the driver mirror doesnt fold in. The reciever hitch looked to have been painted but was completely rusted. Still pretty good experience though

Had issues contacting via phone and needed to email them to finally get a response. Went down to the lot and the sales person was nice but as soon as the inventory manager came out the story changed. Had to walk away since the truck had a few issues that they glossed over and they were firm on price which would have been great to know ahead of time.

Drove to the lot to look at the vehicle. In the picture the vehicle looked nice and clean upon arrival I was given the wrong key, the vehicle seats had stains all over them and the truck smelled like cigarettes. I did not even bother test driving it. I shut the door and drove off.

I almost feel like this was a bait and switch attempt. I know how long it takes to get a car loan through and 5 minutes or an hour just doesn't cut it. I was in contact until literally one hour before going to the site to view this vehicle, being told "Yes! It's still available" when I got there, I was told, "sorry, literally sold it 5 minutes ago but......" I'm sorry but that just sounds fishy to me.

The sales staff are a good group of guys. I sought out assistance with my car thinking it was going to be a major issue. Because of Troy's knowledge of troubleshooting, it turned out to be something simple and I was back on the road within minutes.

All of their vehicles were garbage, they don’t even take the time to inspect their vehicles. This truck in particular was missing the transfer case linkage and for those that don’t know what that is, you can’t engage 4WD without it. The truck has terrible paint, bald tires, and who knows what else, don’t waste your time with this dealership. If you don’t know what you are looking at or looking for you will 100% get ripped off!!!
