Called on a truck to get some more info. The salesman that I talked to was very helpful with the questions I had about the truck I was interested in. However it ended up not being what I was looking for. But he did take my contact info so he could keep an eye out for what I was looking for in the price range I was in. He also did a follow up text to see if I had found anything else.

I ultimately did not purchase anything from them but an overall great place to deal with

Colfax Chev went above and beyond when we went in to purchase a used a truck. Everybody we spoke to was polite, we never felt like anybody was being dishonest, and the vehicle itself exceeded our expectations. We drove a long distance to this dealer because they had a particular vehicle and they very much made it worth our while.

I found the vehicle on line but had questions so I emailed Karl and he responded right away. It had all the requirements we need so we went that day to look it over. Karl was so nice and not at all pushy. He allowed us what we thought our trade in was worth so we told him we would take it. Three adjustments had to be made but he took care of them and we went back the next day to pick it up. We're going to send everyone we know that needs a vehicle to him. Karl's Automotive in Colfax is the place to go!!!

car was sold already but offered to find car with options and color i want.they responded right away

Rick was great! We communicated via email because he was over 90 miles away, and I wanted to get as much checked out before actually going there, when he told me come pick up the truck and have it for weekend, that way I could bring it where ever I needed to have it inspected, and just drive it to see if it's what I want. I bought it. I already informed my wife that we will be checking with them when she decides to upgrade.

They responded to my questions with in minutes. Have not meet with dealer yet.
