The car was not detailed properly. Many scratches not taken care of. Brought car in for appointment to address damage. Nobody knew anything about the scheduled appointment and Theo was not there. He made the appointment with me. A day later I have heard nothing and don’t know what if anything has been done to my car. Phone calls going unanswered

Terrible dealer. I drove 1.5hrs to go check a mercedes and when I got there they told me the car was sold days ago (even though I called the evening before to confirm). Made me waste time and didn’t even had the decency of apologizing.

Total bait and switch. Car was listed for just under $17k, total price was over $20k. Tax and tag as normal, but the tag fee was more than double anywhere else and they tacked on a 'reconditioning fee' for nearly $2k. It's a total bait and switch scam. They will reply they are 'disappointed as they have high standards of service'. This is what gives dealers a bad name. Get you in the door, lay on the pressure, and jack up the price. Before you know it they have picked you pocket. I feel for the people who get pressured into it. Go elsewhere, cars are commodities and they are but one fish in a very large sea.

Dealer added $1500 in undisclosed reconditioning fee and $300 in bogus tag fee. Don’t believe internet price. Even when you ask them to disclose the fees in advance they lie to get you to come in. Classic bait and switch pricing.

Contacted dealer and asked for the cash price on a car. They responded with a price 3000.00 higher than listed saying it required a trade in and financing through them for listed price. Upon examining the listing again on cargurus again there was no mention of either of those requirements for the price. Copied and pasted the entire listing and email the rep again asking if they were now accepting the listed price for cash offer. No response... classic bait and switch pricing, and from a real Mazda dealer no less.

They had a great price on a vehicle that I really wanted to purchase. It wasn't until I was getting ready to solidify the deal that one of the salesmen let it slip that the car was heavily modified. While I have nothing against that, they couldn't provide pertinent information regarding the modifications therein, citing that they were bothering the previous owner. Perhaps it would have been prudent to gather this information prior to accepting the trade in, next time. Had I known all the details about the modifications, I would have absolutely purchased the vehicle.

Sales person had no experience did not know much about their own fees or how to explain them. Unwilling to negotiate only to receive phone calls from them the next day trying to get me back in the dealership.

Lou Bachrodt wanted the same price for their "used" 2015 Tundra that I was quoted from several Toyota dealerships for a "new" 2016 Tundra (same model w/ same options) manager said due to the low miles and original owner only had it for 9 months it was considered a demo and I would be perchasing a "new" 2015 -Sure! Then she insisted I'd get a better deal buying a new Chevy. I told her multiple times "I don't want a Chevy" but she would not back down. Later another day a rep called and I had to say "I'm not interested" multiple times. The whole experience reminded me of a high pressure timeshare presentation

The back seat of my car had cleaning material residue all over it when I picked it up. The salesman tried to clean it out when I showed it to him, but he couldn't get it all out. A new car shouldn't have that problem.

the car was listed on their website for 7,000 confirmed with sevral employees that car was available for advertised price drove threw terrible wind,rain, and bad road conditions only to be told car was sold but we have this......... dealerships still rob everyone and sell cr""""p.

Buying from this dealer was a great and easy experience. Everybody was very helpful and friendly. The buying process was fast, a bit too fast. Since I was a first buyer, I could have received a more detailed explanation about the whole process but I have to say that the sales rep, Ralph Argi answered every one of my questions very accurately. Overall it was a very nice, smooth easy buying experience.
