Throughout both the sales and finance process, information was unclear and inconsistent. I was told several charges would be taken care of as complimentary, including 48 months of free maintenance; however, those items were later charged. An extended warranty was also added that I did not agree to.
Many of these charges originated in the finance department. I was not provided with complete or properly itemized paperwork from the finance manager, and when the charges were questioned, clear explanations were not provided. The salesperson stated he was unsure where the charges came from and referred responsibility to the finance manager.
I initially came in for a specific vehicle that was no longer available and was instead sold a basic model priced nearly $10,000 higher. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to overpromising, lack of transparency, and inaccurate paperwork.

Spoke with Jerome numerous times about this car. I had an appointment on Monday, March 24th at 1. The previous Friday I received an email from Carguru that this car had been sold. I understand that they could not hold the car and that there was a,chance it
could be sold before my appointment. The problem I have is that no 9ne from the dealership let me know and expected me to drive 90 miles to find this out!

Damian (sales manager) was very diligent about reaching out to me and following up on the vehicle. He promptly provided me an out-the-door price when requested, and were straightforward during negotiations at the dealership. The vehicle was ready to go for a test drive when I arrived, and everyone conducted themselves professionally, with a welcoming atmosphere. The dealership showroom has comfortable seating and an open, airy feel with plenty of natural lighting. They were accomodating with arranging for a pre-purchase inspection, and did not give an ounce of pushback on that must-have condition of sale (honesty & transparency)
I was treated with respect, and they emphasize their family-owned roots. I was impressed with the condition of the vehicle, and it was accurately reflected in the listing. The sales process had minimal high-pressure sales tactics (aside from a manufactured sense of urgency), and I'd recommend them to others.

This Dealer was very kind, informative, very helpful. Good customer service.
We live in GA, but decided to purchase a used car from Coast Mazda based on price, service records, and
positive dealer reviews. My parents live nearby in FL, so I asked them to test drive and purchase the car on
my behalf at the advertised price. Our experience with the online sales rep was positive. However, we
experienced two challenges. First, when I reviewed the bill of sale, the selling price was >$800 over the
agreed price, along with an unexplained $299 charge. After multiple calls with the dealer to request a clear
explanation of these costs, they were unable to explain it, so my only conclusion is that we were
overcharged. Second, after I picked up the car the next day and driving home to GA, I noticed the Bluetooth
and phone connected but didn't play sound. Our local Mazda dealer in GA diagnosed the issue, which would
require a $1,500 repair. Coast Mazda was unwilling to help us since we did not notice the issue in the test
drive and did not purchase an expensive warranty.

Great response from the dealer. Worked with me remotely (4 hours away) for several days to get the information I needed. Great experience in person and walked away with a great truck.
