Had a great experience with Coast overall from initial communication down to purchasing our Expedition. Our salesperson was Trey and he was really easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle. There wasn't a question he didn't know the answer. I also appreciated their finance department process as I felt they were as transparent as possible and worked with us on getting a great deal. Went to dealer on car Horus I was pre approved at 18 % they want to get me into 25% . I’m putting 5k down and I don’t feel that a deal . No sales process I ask the guy can I test drive . He said i don’t want to waste your time until we have an approval. I told him how about if the vehicle is not how I like it.

Bait and switch. Yes the disclaimer says dealer installed options are extra, but doesn't say how much. This is a used car and the dealer installed options price of 3k for window tint and vin coding for theft of used parts ( silly) is ridiculous, deceiving and waste of time.

**** DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ED MORSE AUTO PLAZA!!!****They bullied me into an "appointment" to test drive a car. I explained that we were driving an hour and a half away and to PLEASE call us if the car sold before we got there. I found out myself from your website that the car DID sell and YES, they did call. It was to confirm our appointment!!!! I asked if the car had sold and they said yes, but they had another one for us. I asked if it was AWD like the other one and they said no. Bait and switch at it's finest. Our time spent on the road meant absolutely nothing to them. Not to mention we're living in a day of COVID-19 and they completely disregarded our health and safety!!! I wouldn't do business with this dealership if they were the last one on the Earth! Words do NOT describe how infuriated I am with this shoddy company. They're the reason used car lots and car salesman have a bad name! Shame on them!

Ed Morse Buick GMC Port Richey is a bit out of the way from where I live and I wasn't able to get to the dealership until 30 minutes before closing, but they went above and beyond to help me out. The vehicle was ready for a test drive when I arrived and it was everything I expected. They stayed after hours to help get the deal done. The Sales Rep was pleasant and at no time did I feel pressured to purchase. The Business Manager was a great guy to work with on the finance part of the deal. I feel like the people I worked with genuinely cared about customer service. This was an excellent experience and I would purchase from them again and recommend anyone to pay them a visit if they are in the market to purchase new or used.

Test drove the CRV then saw a Terrain and test drove it, Really wanted to purchase a GMC from them but unfortunately when I contacted the Insurance it was going to be almost $300 more each 6 months to insure over our current SUV....

So I went in there and offered a price $500 less than what they wanted when it was listed at 10,500 or so. The sales manager Terry so there was no money to be made and that the price was bottom line. A week later there's a price drop? Smh...Been to many dealers in pass week and he is the most rude and disrespectful man . I'm really shock that there are so many great reviews be8i was there twice and both disappointed...

Salesperson Shawn was excellent to deal with. Kept lines of communication open with me and was willing to work with me from afar. Likely would have purchased from Ed Morse however There was a deal on the Jeep that I was interested in buying that ultimately fell through. By the time I was notified that the deal fell through, I had already purchased from a different dealership.

First guy to contact me didn't respond to my first email. It was like pulling teeth to get the second guy to get me an out-the-door price for the car I was interested in when it took other dealerships an hour. When I finally got it 3-4 days later it was ridiculous. Take their advertised price then add $3k in fees and taxes and you'll get the actual cost. What a horrible experience. Even if the price was right I would avoid at all costs based on the experience I had. Buying a car should be a fun, happy experience not a burden like it would have been from this place.

They will mess around with you on price watch the price. Watch it go up and down $2,000 every other day and then $4000 over the original price when you actually go in. If you’re not in the mood to deal with games and hidden fees then don’t buy from them.

dealer replied to email in less than an hour. salesman had the car washed for test drive, they had just gotten the car in. they fixed the brakes and in writing said will obtain tonneau cover and swap over wheel locks. no pressure to buy newer car. traded in my 2007 miata for a hatch with moonroof.

This and other dealers should tell potential customers in their ads of their document fees--in this case it was $799!! We agreed on the price of the car and the salesman said, " So you will pay that plus taxes, doc fees, and tag fees?" Luckily, I asked how much the doc fees were. My time spent was wasted and I'm angry about it!:(

As a woman who hates to try and buy a vehicle, I have to say that this experience has been absolutely hands down the best experience that I have every had. Jeff P. was my sales representative and he was extremely polite, and professional and never treated me like the little woman. Troy was also great. The only thing that I really didn't like is that I didn't find out what I was paying for the vehicle until right before I was signing the paperwork a day later. We never discussed price and I never was given an opportunity to negotiate on the amount for my car that I traded. They made a great deal on my trade! That in my opinion was a little shady, and not being a pro at purchasing a car I wouldn't do that again, because I now felt that I was forced to take less than what my car was worth. That was my mistake and it won't happen again! A day after I bought my used vehicle, the vehicle was making a funny sound, and I had the pleasure to work the Travis H. as my service advisor, and Nathan E. as my service technician; these guys are GREAT!!!! I would recommend them to anyone. Travis made sure that I had a loaner vehicle to get back to work and school, and Nathan had my car back in less than 24 hours. I couldn't ask for a better experience with the service department. It was covered under a warranty and I couldn't be happier about this part of my experience. I definitely learned a few valuable lessons in the car buying process that I will hopefully never repeat again, but those were my mistakes! I love the vehicle that I purchased, and feel that I will have it for many years to come. I will definitely use this dealership in the future not only for my vehicles service needs, but when I want to purchase a new vehicle.

Typical salesman pitch by telling me over the phone "We will give you the highest value for your trade in more than anyone". Other dealers offered $4000 more than Ed Morse. I would not recommend this dealership to family & friends.

dealer responded timely to inquiry. However sales experience was horrible. Had scheduled an appointment to view the car. ALL staff was in a sales meeting when we arrived, which ran over by twenty minutes. Once it broke, 6 sales staff walked right past us in the showroom (within feet of us) without acknowledging our presence. Eventually we were redirected to an alternate sales person as the individual with whom we were scheduled to meet was with a customer even though our appointment was scheduled for the time the dealership opened. When we walked past that individual to get the keys to the car we were going to view, he never turned around from his desk to acknowledge us. He merely handed to keys over his shoulder to the other salesperson without turning around. Inspecting the car was just as interesting. Despite the report on the Carfax report that this dealership had thoroughly inspected the vehicle before putting it on the lot there were a few minor mechanical problems that were somehow missed: pulley to open the gas door was disconnected and therefore that door would not open. Had problems with the engine turning over and starting when we first got in the vehicle to test drive it as well as after we had driven it for about 10 minutes and then tried to restart it again. Very poor experience overall on so many levels.

Car listed was in very poor mechannical condition. REFUSED to fix problems with AD and noisy belts. Rust and mildew smell on interior. They denied it was repainted, when it was obvious it has been repainted. Wanted to charge a discretionary shopping $699 dealer fee upcharge a tag by $220. Waste of 4 hours.

The price you show for the 2004 Crown Vic is not what the price was. I am having to take the car back for problems that did not exist during the demo and I am having to drive 1.5 hours one way for them to be addressed.
