Vehicle needed repair that should have been taken care of before offering for sale. They did step up to fix issues. All in all things worked out. Salesman was great. Financing was easy. They worked with us to get the deal done. Prep dept could be better but in all fairness todays cars are complicated. In the end I’m happy with the car and price and the overall experience
Very disappointed in the staff not honoring their quoted price. I did my due diligence to secure an out the door price in writing. After obtaining the price, approved by a manager, I drove 3 hours and 45 minutes to the dealership. They were nice until they brought me the paperwork. The price changed, increasing from $36k to $39k. Despite showing the paperwork I was provided they would not honor the price they quoted me saying they made a mistake. I’m not sure how you make such elementary mistakes nor how you run a business where integrity and principle matter.
Again, friendly people but that doesn’t equal honest.

Lots of hidden fees , pay close attention as the overall price goes up
Do not recommend. The price listed on this site and even in the email they sent as a follow up was not honored. After we test drove the car, they told us they didn’t know why the price was on the site that way but that wasn’t the right price (even though it had been posted that way for a week). It was actually $2000 more. And then we would have to finance and trade something in to actually get THAT price. Read the fine print and don’t trust this dealership. They will bait and switch you. Very disappointing experience.

I was contacted pretty quickly but sadly I missed out on this awesome truck.
This dealer has listed an M3 and states that it has a very desirable 6spd manual transmission but the images show an M3 with a less desirable 7sp automatic. I let the dealer know, but they are not fixing the listing. This type of bait and switch makes looking for cars much harder to do on car guru because I cannot trust the search filters and instead have to sift through all of the images. So many dealers do this, it's unethical.

The salesman, Rodney, was on his phone almost the entire time I was talking to him and during my test drive which was unprofessional and discourteous. The price listed is not the actual price because they have deducted $2000 for financing with them and trading a car. They also add a fee of $1800 with 900 of that being a document fee which is not clearly advertised on the listing or in the app. I was only informed about an additional 900 of those fees when calling the dealership so my understanding of the price was a $2900 difference. I hope this helps anyone else going to this dealership so they factor those fees into the price listed on this site.

Great dealership. Helpful, courteous, did not rush.
I contacted the dealer to get some information on this vehicle. After getting some numbers
back, I got a feeling there was something off. The care was marked at $49,999. However,
they wanted to bill me for an "appearance package" and b/c I wasn't planning to trade in a
vehicle they wanted to charge me $1K. After going around and around I found out that the car
wasn't used, it was new, and that the mileage on car gurus was wrong.
I expressed my concerns. Once I said that, the agent berated me and insulted me. I will not be doing business with them and I urge
others to investigate closely.

They are truly Con-Artist! The price suddenly changed at the time of purchase. They added $850 for windows tinting! Additionally, they never fixed
the problem with the Fog Light, as it was promised at the time of sales. They will find a way to charge you extra. You are better off to stay away
from these people!!

I emailed several people at Cloninger on Saturday, Sunday. Made a 3:30 pm app to see the truck. Called Cloninger at 12 noon to talk, manager said they were selling the truck. Wouldn’t hold the truck for me. I’ve bought two vehicles from them, so I’m a repeat buyer- NOT ANYMORE !!!

Very friendly and respectful.
I scheduled a time and day to see the actual vehicle. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was no where to be seen. I asked the salesman where is the suv that I schedule for a test drive, he said it is still in the shop. I said “can I least see the car and you he salesperson walked me back to where the vehicle was at on the lift in the shop. The car was very dirty. The dealership could have called or texted me to inform that the car was not ready yet. Unfortunately, I wasted my time.

I world have rated them higher, because they have contacted me numerous times, but they keep contacting me about new ford's. I didn't ask about a new Ford and I can not afford a new Ford. So if you contact a dealer about a twenty year old vehicle, why would they think you are looking for a new one. That would be nice to have, but it's simply not something I can do or afford.. I truly wish I could.

Helpful. We just went with another car.
Quick contact, but they weren’t much help. I live 270 miles from them and they didn’t seem to want to deal over the phone or computer. I told them I wanted the truck but needed a few days to get there, when I called them a day later they said the truck was sold. They have contacted since me since asking me when I was coming in to see what they have. Disappointed

I had a great experience with the folks at Cloninger. I ended up purchasing a different vehicle there, but would recommend them to everyone. Don Hauser was my sales associate. I truly believe that he was my advocate in the process. KUDOS for Cloninger Toyota!

After repeated requests to stop sending annoying texts, I finally had to tell them to remove me from customer list.
For all I know, they might be a great dealership, but their marketing model is rude at best and flat out invasive and annoying at worst.

when I arrived the sales person went to get the
vehicle. When he returned he stated it was out
on a test drive and then on its return that person
purchased it.

Car was not as they said was told the car was in excellent condition when I got there the front bumper had a crack in it there's a dent in the hood and it needs a paint job I drove 45 miles to come see the car waste of my time

I would have given my exp. here a 5 star rating, because the salesperson (Jose) was awesome, however the day that I was supposed to pick the vehicle up, the Financial Manger insist that I needed a down payment (be mindful I had a check in hand well over $20,000), so I told him I refuse to give an additional $469.00, so he went on to say he could do $200.00 & I do $269.00, so I told him just to give me my check (bc if there were any hidden fees, it should had been addressed before I had the Credit Union to cut the check for what they were asking for the vehicle), so I left...So he would rather lose a customer over $469.00 (smh)...So Jose called me back once I back home (apologizing)...BUT OVERALL IT WORKED OUT...THANKS AGAIN JOSE FOR ALL YOU DONE/DID

They were very responsive, but the vehicle in their inventory did not have the engine I was looking for,
Very poor service. Communication was the worst I have experienced in my car buying days. We initially talked about a vehicle on the lot. I was
going to drive the 2-3 hours to see a vehicle. I was notified that the alternator needed to be replaced as well as the battery. That was over a
week ago. The sales person (Katie) was very rude and never offered any further assistance. I have not been contacted about this vehicle since
the initial phone call. I will make sure I tell others not to use Cloninger for their future car needs.

Went there to look at a 2007 Wrangler originally but completely fell in love with another Jeep on their lot. We couldn’t come to price we both felt comfortable with but that was not the issue I had here. The staff was friendly and funny the whole time until the end. While we were waiting to get our paperwork back (after they had already ran my credit) with what they could offer us for financing, they handed the keys to another salesman and another family was test driving the vehicle that I was waiting to see financing options for. With that being said, if you want to go a dealership where they actually have some respect for their customers this isn’t it. The problem is not that we couldn’t come to a price but that they handed the keys to someone else while we were waiting on the offer from the bank....very unethical. And then the sales manager tried to tell us he didn’t know what was going on which was a bold face lie. Don’t go here.

The worst place to buy a car three days after I buy the car it died on me I had to spend 2500 on a alternator and 500 on a battery when I call to tell them about it they was very rude don’t buy from them not professional at all it’s been 30 days and still haven’t sent me my tags and my 30s go out tomorrow the worst !!!!!!

actually fun and an overall great experience. No pressure, no gimmicks, the

Spent 2 hours total drive time for a scheduled appointment to view the vehicle after several communications, and it was sold. There was no communication about the sale despite that being the one vehicle of interest.

They were able to show me the vehicle and work an ok deal. I was at work and they continued to call and text throughout the day about the deal with promises someone else was going to buy it out from under me. Wife and I decided to walk away and look for better, which we found with another dealership.

Nonnegotiable prices doesn’t make anyone happy but the staff couldn’t be more knowledgeable about every question I had and also couldn’t be more willing to help with my concerns and I was especially pleasantly surprised when I was (unknowingly by the salesman due to a recent decrease in price) charged a higher price than the online price and when I noticed and mentioned this the next day well after contracts were signed it was changed for me no problem at all.

Failed to follow up car sold two days later then called me after it was sold and apologized for the follow up on a sold vehicle. Not good!

First call I received I was told the price on cargurus site was incorrect then upon further review was told the vehicle was sold. Within the next hour someone else called asking about the same vehicle stating the price was $1000 higher but still available. I was not impressed with this dealership at all. We ended up buying from another dealer we found on your website.
