I live 130 miles from this dealership. I called them the day before and spoke with their internet salesperson. During that call, I stated that the listed price was a little out of my price range and I asked them if there was any wiggle room. The salesperson stated that if I came in to the dealership, there was a better chance of price negotiation. I set up an appointment for the next day. After test driving the truck, I was ready to begin negotiations. They were completely unwilling to negotiate on their asking price for the truck. They gave me a very very low-ball offer on my trade in, unwilling to negotiate on that price as well.

Very helpful! I was interested in a car that was not on their lot yet, but they explained the purchase process and got my deposit for the car I wanted. Can't wait to pick up my new car!

Purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Everyone involved with the process was very helpful. When I first inquired about the vehicle, David Simon responded with more pictures of the car plus frequent communication about the buying process. Recommended.

The staff are kindly but they want sell car overpriced and more than 200 miles like new, I get new sienna in other dealer by the same years for 150 monthly payment less

Nice to work with. Very quick to respond and very polite on the phone. I'm about 80 miles away, so tried to work deal but couldn't get done. Still recommend giving them a chance to win your business. Would have given 5 stars on a done deal.
