I was interested in an older used car. That was the only car I was interested in and it sold. After that the dealership kept trying to pressure me into a new car after I clearly told them no multiple times. Very unprofessional. When someone says no, leave them alone!

Terrible follow up. I wanted the vehicle, told them so and waited three days for a return call to put a deposit on it, then I was told after we agreed on a price that one of the other salesmen sold it that morning. Very disorganized and unproffesional

I had an appointment to look at a used Explorer I found on CarGurus. This dealership is 35 miles from my house. I made the 45 minute drive there. The salesperson greeted me and said he’d bring the car around for me to test drive. Ten minutes later he comes back without the car. He tells me, “one of executives took that car to go visit our other dealerships.” It was a waste of my afternoon. Nice enough people but horrible internal communication.

Complete lack of understanding of competitive price. In a market with sales price going down, don’t ask Cleveland Ford for their best price. MSRP is all they can price out.

on getting a buyer's order on this vehicle, this dealer has added a paint and interior protection plan for $1,400 on a 67,000 mi vehicle which they refuse to take off and was not originally listed in the vehicle because it is a "Dealer add on". Beware of the bait and switch with this dealer I'll continue to use other dealers that do not do such a gimmicks to swindle customers into buying vehicles. This and them telling me they will not drop the price of the vehicle but one week later they dropped the price of the vehicle online.

Although we did not end up buying our vehicle from Cleveland Ford, Ben was an awesome salesman. He was answered all of our questions and allowed us to take the vehicle home overnight so we could make sure all our kids could fit in it and get a feel for the vehicle’s ride. I would definitely recommend Cleveland Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

J.D. at dealership was friendly, low pressure and very knowledgeable when we discussed truck. He really took the time to understand my needs and presented the truck well. He should be commended as a first class representative of the dealership. He always answered the phone and we spoke over three days to put the deal together. Especially important to me since I live in Murfreesboro and had to be able to trust him for me to travel so far to see truck. He was able to help with a small hiccup I had with Finance. Callie, the Finance Director, came through for me on a financing detail that meant a lot to me. She is knowledgeable, super friendly and not aggressive in marketing extended warranty. If you find a truck here, you must ask to work with J.D. and Callie. I shopped three dealers before finding Cleveland and had unhappy experiences will all of them. You will not be disappointed with J.D. and Cleveland Ford! And my price was very fair, too.

Very good dealer, sales persons, and buying experience overall. Dealer contacted me immediately after using the CarGurus contacts app, the car was available, exactly as listed, and they stood by the deal they listed. I ended up purchasing this car. Loss of one star however, due to typical in-dealer efforts to sell me all kinds of add-on warranties and items. I know this is common nowadays, but as a frequent, experienced car buyer, it's tiring and old. That aside, my buying experience at Cleveland Ford was first rate, and I'd buy from this dealer again.

The dealership responded quickly to my inquiry. The vehicle was as described, just what I was in the market for. I lived 90+ miles from the dealership and completed all of my negotiations by phone,text, and email. I dealt with Braulio and he was a pleasure. Definitely a 5 star sales representative . I was leary that the sales terms may be changed when I went to the dealership but everything was as described. The vehicle was waiting for me. It happened to be raining so I failed to notice a couple of small dents which surprised me in a new car. They promised to repair them. Everyone was friendly and nice. So, you are wondering why I didn’t give them a 5 star rating. Well, when we were ready to pay for our vehicle the financial closer misrepresented some facts regarding an extended warranty, took our cash payment and when we cancelled after reading the warranty carefully, we were told it would take up to 12 weeks to return our payment. This is inappropriate.

Bought the car. After I signed the papers it needs a part. Was cool with it..told me car would be ready that Monday, bought it on a Friday. 12 days later I got a my car. Had to ask for a loaner after 7 days.. they should have never sold the car if they knew it needed to be sent back through there inspection. An awful experience. Also, the financial guy wanted and spoke to us like he was important and we were not. Dude, you're a finance guy at car dealership, get over yourself. Anyway, I'll never be back. The salesmen said "this stuff happens when you buy a car" No, it doesn't. Sell a car when its ready to be driven off the lot of dont sell it.

Worst experience I’ve ever had trying to buy a car they emailed me a video of a car I said OK before I come down there I want to make sure that I’ll be driving it home so I went online filled out the credit app was preapproved and filled out the longer one and then got down there and they told me the vehicle was sold then they show me another vehicle and said well less you can get this one and will have to take a loss OK and then finally after spending all day down there they come in and said we got you finance your payments will be $540 I said no I told you not over 300 so they didn’t say sorry or nothing at the worst worst place of

They contacted me to tell me that they had the vehicle on the lot and it was available for purchase. I drove over an hr before I received a second email stating that the car was actually sold the night before, they offered me cars of much lesser quality. Of course I drove home instead. Since then, I have been harassed by several employees who blame the computer system for the mishap. Very unprofessional and unreliable staff. Thanks for wasting my time and gas Cleveland ford!

Cleveland Ford did a nice job. They did not have the car that I wanted; however, sourced one through another dealer. While they found the car, the price was above my price point. Likely the originating dealer did not want to reduce the price to make it work. I received numerous contacts from the sales manager and a salesman. I particularly liked the CarGurus web site and the ability to shop a vehicle that met my specific likes. Thanks

The pictures shown did not appear to be a Release Edition FR-S. I requested additional pictures of interior so I could confirm, was told several times to expect them but never received them. Shortly afterward I was told the car was no longer available. I have seen several other dealers advertising "Release Edition" Scions that are obviously not. Disappointing to see this many dealers who are at best uninformed/lazy or at worst dishonest.

Deceptive Pricing. And surely not what is advertised on Car Gurus. Do not list all rebates they use in figuring car pricing or that you will not get those if you choose 0% financing. Car advertised listed for $23,500.00 did not list additional fees you will pay. Also I was not even presented with the car at all prior to sale nor offered a test drive. And was told the car was detailed, it was not. absolutely filthy. They were told I would be there on the 13th. This vehicle was not touched. How do you get to $28k from $23.5k

They were nice and friendly but the car they were selling had a horrible Carfax. It had been wrecked many times and spent its time in Chicago. Lot of road salt which equals rust. Also car was listed at 50,000 miles but had 58,000. This was because one of the employees was allowed to drive as personal vehicle and racked up 8,000 miles in two months. Then they want too dollar?? Seriously!

Called the dealership and did setup appointment to test drive car. They told me to come to test drive. I drove all way from my place to Dealership. Once i reached there, they said car is not here. We dont know when we ll get it. $$ What the hell does that mean?? If you don't have the car why did you guys ask me to come to dealership to test drive $$ ?? 2. Negotiations are happening for the car to a Price X. Sales manager called and said we dont want to loose the sale for couple of hundred bucks. So I gave some y amount and he said Z amount. The next day i agreed for Z amount and called dealership and said i ll come today and will do the deposit to confirm and will buy the car in 2 days. They agreed and said give credit card and we gave the details. After sometime they called back and said we are not going to sell car, we want to sell wholesale. $$No response from them after collecting my card details

The sales person and assistant were both very nice. I was considering going thru the dealer for financing; however, the numbers just didn't add up. I am still considering purchasing a car from this dealer.

I had 3 different sales people contact me, started out helpful until the car I was looking at was sold. When I messaged them asking if it had been sold, I got no reply from anyone, only messages about sales and financing. They completely avoided my question trying to get me to come in. After I told them to stop contacting me, then I finally got told it was sold and to come in and look around.

Fast Responses in text, email, and by phone. The answered all the questions I had honestly and when they made an error about the info they contacted me immediately to clarify plus privided factory build sheets to correctly show all factory installed options. I can't ask for better service.

They suck, call me too come look at a car. That they sell when I get too the lot. Just a leour to get me too the lot. A car is a car. Want sell me what I want, just what they want to get rid of. Beware buyers. Cars Manufactured in America only cost $1300 to manufacture. Beware. Buyers.

Made an appointment to see the truck. Once there was ignored by every sales associate. Was never actually talked to or shown the truck. Also during my appointment the truck was being shown to a different couple. I left without ever being talked to. Will not attempt to do business with them again.

I called the dealership and they gave me a sales rep to talk with.I made arrangement to meet him at the dealership. My wife and I met him. he had the car ready to drive and inspect. He made us feel like family and he explained all the paperwork we had to fill out. he was very helpful. We drove away in the vehicle and are very pleased with Larry Hill Ford and the car..

Dealer contacted me 2 times for a vehicle that was already sold. I was 2.5 hours into a 3 hour trip when i received another phone call about the vehicle. The nice lady that i spoke to was very courteous and said the vehicle was already sold. I asked her to check because I had gotten an email just 8 hours before saying it was available and ready for me to test drive. She checked and confirmed it was indeed sold. Damaris, the young lady that contacted me was very apologetic and very courteous. She was the only person that spoke to me over the phone....all other contact was via email.Thank you for your help Ms Damaris.....5 STARS TO YOU!
