Truly this was the worse experience I have ever had, so many defects on the car that I was not made aware of, excessive amount of touch up paint on the car, rear bumper damaged and the car would not start, had No help on what to do, then I was told if I wanted to get something else I would need to drive it back to them at my cost which was a 8hour drive
I called repeatedly to the General Manager and was always told he would get back to me and NEVER DID, received no temporary tag or the extra key fob I purchased . Do Not Purchase A Car Online from This Dealership

If I had lived closer to the dealership I definitely would have considered what they had to choose from. Jacob is awesome and gave great customer service. However I decided to hold off purchasing vehicle at the time plus I was three and half hours away .

Called dealer filled out loan application was approved was waiting for truck to arrive so I could pick it up. Sales rep said I had to wait for truck to get to dealer before I could sign papers and pick it up. After a week back and forth and being lied to they called me and said they sold it before it was even delivered.

Great, clean, new dealership. I like my blazer. Salesman was prompt and very nice. Took little over 2 hours to make purchase, thought that was fast. Gas tank was on 1/8th, I asked for full tank while making the deal and they only gave me 1/2 tank. C’mon man!

The sales person Darius and his manager Jason were great, but. I was looking at a 2015 Chevrolet suburban. The pictures depicted the vehicle as perfect. When I got to the dealership to look at the vehicle it was nice with the exception of damage to the passenger quarter panel. It looked like it had hit, perhaps a garage door. There was a scrape on the mirror and then scrapes and dents on the passenger quarter panel. They informed me that corporate sets the price and they could not adjust the price even though there was damage that was never disclosed. I drove an hour each way to go to this dealership to see the vehicle. They never adjusted the price for the damage. I then took the vehicle to two professional body shops and received estimates of $1700 from one and $3000 from another. I returned and mentioned to them how costly it was. Again they never offered a price discount with this damage. The offered two free oil changes. Current damage should be disclosed not hidden.

There's something Amis about these people, the vehicle was advertised at $37,000, didn't need their discounts for financing nor trade in. I asked for a cash price and they said $40,000. They are trash. It's just simple. TRASH

At first they responded quickly, but then they became annoying. I asked 3 times for photos and an asking price. They never responded to that simple request, yet they email me daily to ask if I am still interested. At this point it’s a hassle to ask for the same thing every day, only to be ignored. I feel like I am talking to a wall, so I’ just going to go elsewhere.

Found the truck (2017 Silverado Z71 LT) I had been looking for on CarGurus and emailed them. They answered right away and I went to look
/ test drive that evening. Liked everything about it, how it looked, and how good of shape it was in. There was really nothing wrong with it that I
could find. Put a down payment on it and bought it the next day.
Had the all the paperwork needed to licence it a few days later. No problems at all, and very satisfied with the whole transaction.

I was asking for an explanation of the accident listed but they don't use a report like Carfax that gives them any detail. The response was there is an accident but not sure what it was and since it passed their internal inspection all was good.

Seems like a reputable business. Went there on a Thursday to look at a vehicle. We couldn’t quite agree on a price which is all part of car shopping. No hard feelings. Ended up getting a good deal elsewhere, however my experience here was pretty positive.

We're not sure how this warrants 1 star, but the cosmetic flaws you described did not have a chance to get reconditioned by the time you saw the vehicle. In situations like this, we normally repair or discuss options with the interested buyer. We feel 1 star is very harsh, because we offer top tier service, and this is something that can be easily fixed.

My experience was extremely stressful. I was told I was approved and was dropped off at the dealership only to find that I wasn't. I was demanded to go to my bank and get statements. The salesman drove me to the bank, went to the counter with me and stood over me as if I was going to do something weird. I was so belittled and ashamed. The bank teller asked who he was just to ensure I wasn't in any danger. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this dealership. The unprofessional and inexperienced salesperson was unacceptable.

Fake. They have few listings on here since months or I should say start of 2016 which actually they don't have them in their inventory.

They got in touch with me immediately. When I went there the car was pulled up, cleaned, and ready to go. They gave me a vehicle history report and all there cars come with a free warranty. It was the easiest shopping experience I have ever had at a car dealer

Talked to three sales representatives about purchasing this car. It was in the shop when I called about it and I was told I would get a phone call when it came out of the garage so I could test drive it. I never get a call. I call again and a different man picks up and tells me the car is on the lot and a lady is looking to buy it but it doesn't look like it "is going well" and he will call me if she buys the car. So i wait an hour and call again to see if I can come see the car. I talk to another man and he tells me to come to the lot to test drive it. I immediately get in the car and drive up there. The second I get out of my car all three men tell me that the car has sold. The worst customer experience I have ever experienced.

kept trying to get me financed through
them. But I got a nice truck for a decent
price.

Dealer never followed up on my email, but I called them and spoke to Rick regarding a 2011 Honda Accord SE. The vehicle had been wrecked and the price was FIRM. I lost interest but Rick was great and was forthcoming with CarFax type info.

The car had a broken part/moon roof shade and the dealer told me the price would increase after they replaced it because it was 1,250.00 I thought that was in poor taste to list a car with a known broken part and then try to offer me a deal on fixing it. I did not purchase the car since I thought that was in poor taste to list a car with known issues and not disclose the information in advance.
