My dealer experience was ok. The listing on CarGurus did not show all the information upfront/clearly.
The actual price on the Clement site was $23,500 vs the $21,000 listed on CarGurus. This was due to
the lower price being advertised after qualifying for two seperate $2000 discounts (one for trade in and
one for putting money down). The salesman I worked with was good but his bosses were very slow to
answer any of me and my mothers questions and concerns. I wish we could have had better
responses and not been brushed off or given vague answers, especially if you're planning to spend
thousands of dollars somewhere. Overall my experience was decent and I would recommend this
dealership to those looking to buy a new or used car.

I would avoid at all cost unless you want to waste your time. After they bug you for days to set up an appointment, they will have you drive there for a vehicle that won't even be on lot. And then sell it out from under you after you patiently wait for them to contact you. It's in a area that I wouldn't recommend visiting with a lot of cash on you. Much better places to do business with so think twice.

This dealer's pricing is very misleading, read through dealer description section for
hidden price condition, the car is listed for a reduced price like $2,000 and you will get
that only if you trade-in and get their finance, very tricky.

The only reason I gave this place 1 star is because there wasn't an option to give a lower rating. I finally went in to the dealership after being pressured to do so. I wanted to buy a car from start to finish online but they were relentless. I got there 15 min before my appt time and after half an hour someone other than my salesman came over to input my information. I never saw or spoke to my actual salesman and never got the opportunity to even look at a car. The woman shanta was rude and came to me after waiting for an hour she said she'd call me back if someone made an offer. I recommend going elsewhere if you're expecting great customer service. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had.

The worst experience. I got a call after my email request for more information and to show my interest for the
vehicle. I gave him my information for my trade in and the salesman offered to meet me halfway to deliver the
vehicle. After our conversation, I called him, left voicemails, messages with the receptionist, and emails with no
reply.

Staff acted uninterested in selling car because it was not one of their more expensive cars. Left me out in sun and heat for 10 min because he didn't belive the price was correct. Very unprofessional do not go their they will try and raise price on you.

It was a horrible experience I drove 2:30 hr. and I was o.45min. From the dealer and they called to confirm my appointment then I got there and the truck was not there then they told me it has been sold not having the decency to tell me by phone prior to coming , they let me drive all the way there to tell me it was sold from under me but they can find me something else.

Made a appointment to look at this car when I there I ask where the car I was told to fill out paper first ot knowing they was going to run my credit b4 I look at the car. When I ask to see the car again was told the has a bad motor n wasn't there but I could see something else. Don't deal with these ppl they con artists

My experience was very positive! I emailed the dealership who responded within a few hours. I arranged an appointment date and time for a test drive and was able to buy a car very quickly. They were patient, understanding, and willing to work with my concerns. I would definitely go back and buy from them in the future.

My sales agent was the BEST. Very informative, courteous, professional and most importantly friendly. My son and I was approved very quickly. me to drive away in about 45 min. No hassle no fuss. If I had to say anything
negative, if spending that kind of money on a vehicle you would think they

asking top dollar for there cars, seems they specialize in
getting people
financing so they can get top dollar, don't seem to want to
bargain, i tried to
buy 2 different cars from them even had paper work
comparing cars, and
later found out they even gave me low ball information on
what my car is
worth, they don't put there prices on there cars just your
monthly payment,
no since in going back for any car, the 2 cars were the exact
same year, (2007) and the exact same manufacture (Lexus)
the comparative car was a higher quality car than Olympic
motor company's car by about $500,the comparative car
was an "all wheel drive" where the Olympic motor company
car was not, and the same mileage, (within 2 or 3 thousand,
the comparative car may have even been less miles) yes
my car was dirty but so was the Olympic company car as it
was being used as an everyday driver by the sales person,
yes my car has oil leaks, and is worth less than NADA but
don't tell me my car's retail value is $4400 when NADA says
retail $5200, now if you say my car is only worth the gas
that's in the gas tank TO MY COMPANY because i will have
to do this that and the other in order sell it, and i have to
make a profit in order to stay in business , that's one thing
but misinformation is unacceptable, don't offer me $1000
more than my car is worth just to charge me $3000 more
than your car is worth.

The salesperson was quick to notice us.
Was friendly although she became
dismissive of me once she realized the
car was for my wife. Too much haggling
over the price. Had never purchased a
car outside the familair west county
dealerships. Despite the fact that she
knew nothing about the car and hadnt
noticed various inconsistencies about
the car (over spray, door realignments),
we purchased only to find out that
amongst other problems there was a
horrible smell coming from the trunk and
the trunk mat. I wont go into the
disbusting details about that but even
after wearing gloves to clean it we are
unable to use it because the cause of
the smell is now enmeshed with the
mat. I am certain they smelled it when
prepping the car. Yet they sold it in that
state which was just unhealthy and
disgusting. Unlike ALL our previous
purchases from other dealerships, we
didnt receive a call, a card, or a letter of
"thanks" for our buisness. We will not be
returning customers of this dealership.

I worked with the salesman David, who went out of his way to make sure everything was as easy as possible. He wasn't pushy like the typical salesman and let me buy at my own pace, pressure free. When it came down to the financial stuff, I couldn't be more satisfied. David made sure I all the paperwork that needed to be signed was completely understood as well.
Overall, I don't think I could have had a better experience.

This makes no logical sense that someone would would even go back into the dealership showroom if the vehicle they were wanting to purchase has "serious" issues as they claim.
