We are still talking. There is a good chance of buying a specific car. We have not stopped talking at this time. My funds have not arrived yet, so when funds become available, if the car is still there, I will be following up with them. The dealer is and was very helpful, took all the time necessary to answer our questions. We took a test drive and talked financing as well as cash. We have communicated since our initial contact. It is still an active pursuit at this time. Hope to complete this deal this coming weekend.

I received an immediate response from Internet sales desk but they knew nothing about the truck. I requested a call from someone at the dealership with knowledge of the truck. I never received a call. After four days, I called the dealership and finally spoke with someone. The price listed on CarGurus was not actually the price. The price listed was only accurate if you finance the car and had been a previous customer and had a trade-in. The old bait and switch! Be wary!

Not a great experience at all. I was called several times a day, their number popped up as a Spam Risk for starters. I told them several times over the phone and text, I am not able to answer the phone for a couple days because of work, please stop calling me. They didn’t listen and continued to call me. When I finally was able to call back, the salesman I spoke with was very short and didn’t seem at all motivated to help me. Finally told them I was no longer interested in the car, solely based on how I was treated

The other reviews are correct about disrespectful behaviors. I also was disappointed that the car was not ready to go. Check engine light on, rear hatch would not open. I drove 70 miles after being told it was lot ready. More troubling yet, it had a fresh "Passed Emissions" test sticker on it... No way did it pass, check engine light is an automatic fail...

They had a prescreener take down my information and a sales person text me. I guess that is the new way of business idk. They sent a video of the truck and I ask why this truck was on Car Gurus so long he said he didn’t know but people are going to electric cars. I don’t know.

Nice enough folks, but they play games. Wanna buy outright, they tack on an extra thousand. The mini I looked at had at least that much external damage, an oil leak, and an engine light. Dealer said on the phone that the vehicle was in excellent condition with no issues. On inspection and presented the issues they just blew them all of that off, insisting more than a grand over mint condition bluebook, and was unwilling to negotiate. I’ll be avoiding them in the future for their deceptive communications, shady practices, and gimmicky sales techniques.

I honestly think no more than 2-5min passed from the time I hit submit on my information request to when I was actually speaking to a live person about this truck! This was on a Friday night close to their closing time! Unfortunately for me, they had an amazing truck priced at a fantastic, unbeatable price. The truck was gobbled up quick. I'll definitely keep them in mind...fantastic outfit.

Dealer did not have the truck I inquired about available. Claimed it was at the detail shop. Dealer also insists on playing "the game" of trying to get you to commit to a deal even when you are undecided. Very high pressure environment and not at all consumer friendly

the truck was beat up, dents everywhere, I never even bothered taking it for a test drive. Rust were fender met bumber from accident. Badly done touch paint on spots that were damaged, to conceal it. Way over priced for the condition.

Bait and switch. Price they quoted was nowhere near the price they posted on cargurus. Salesman then tried to talk me out of buying the Accent and going for a more expensive Elantra. Salesman then started to try and throw a whole bunch of numbers at once at me. Told him to put it all in writing and email it to me. Never heard anything after that

Never received a straight answer as to whether the car was still available. It was taken off all websites as “sold” but one. Contacted the dealer through that site and I was called back. I was told it was still available but when I inquired about why it was off the websites including their own they were going to double check. Got a call back from someone else wanting to set up a time to “look at vehicles”. I was only interested in this one and again, they were going to double check but asked if that was the only one I was interested in. I said yes and then they were going to confirm it was still there. Haven’t heard back since. Everyone was very nice and polite. Just wish I knew if it were still there. It’s 200 miles from where I live. I can’t just swing by and look.

I don't believe they were upfront with me when I asked about towing capability on this truck. They sent me a picture of a rusty hitch ball and said this truck could do the same??? I purchased at truck at a dealer who didn't try to mislead me!

When they responded I followed the link to their site and couldn't find the vehicle I inquired about anywhere. I then unsubscribed to their emails and they still keep sending them. None of their emails have anything to do with the vehicle I wanted to see.

Dealer contact was good, but they also have this concierge company that contacted me as well. Was confusing with multiple people calling/emailing about the same vehicle. Realized after initial contact that the car is a manual transmission and needed an automatic.

I rated this place a one star because I drove 30 mins to go see the truck and it wasn't there... A week later they marked it up 200 bucks and when I emailed them to see where the truck was and why it went up in price I never got a response.
